I have previous MCL/ACL/ PCL in BOTH knees, MILD thinning and irregularity in ALl cartilage in my knees. I CANNOT work more than 4.5 to 5.5 hours without intense excruciating pain setting in. It's gotten worse and I'm young. Pain is pain and im tired being told its subjective.
