  • Calabrese cold cuts bread just like a bakery is delicious to make at home and serve as an afternoon snack! Furthermore, if you are looking for delicious baked savory recipes, this recipe is an inspiration for making and selling.
    Bakery cold cuts bread can be made with any cold cuts you have available in the fridge. You can make various filling combinations according to your preference, for example: with turkey breast, mortadella, salami, ham, mozzarella cheese, etc.
    Ingredients:
    150 ml of warm milk
    3 tablespoons of crystal sugar
    10g dry organic yeast
    500g traditional type 1 wheat flour, sifted
    1 egg
    1/2 level tablespoon of salt
    100 ml of filtered water at room temperature (if it is cold, heat it so that it is slightly warm)
    1 tablespoon full of creamy butter (approximately 20g)
    Filling
    350g grated Calabrian sausage
    1/2 onion cut into cubes
    Goat pepper to taste (you can use chilli pepper if you prefer)
    Oregano to taste
    black pepper to taste
    Green scent to taste (I only used chives)
    Green olives to taste, cut into cubes
    1 Seedless tomato, cut into small cubes
    300g grated mozzarella cheese (line the dough and cover the filling)
    To brush, I used 1 egg yolk with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and finished with oregano to taste.
    Dimensions of the large rectangular baking dish: 37.5 cm x 25.5 cm x 6 cm
    Yield: 32 units
