How were you able to get the back loosened up in the first place?
Heat. Use a hair dryer or 120 degrees Celsius

Guys, I am really confused. I have a mobile phone and at the back it is written X power3 and it is exactly the same phone in the video. However when I try to order a replacement screen totally different screen comes for X power3. I have even ordered one and got it and took apart the broken screen and only realized that I have the wrong one when tried to replace it. Any idea where can I order exactly the same LCD replacement as in this video. I would really appreciate any guidance. The phone is my coworker's phone and I promised to fix it but I am not able to find a replacement screen.

I damaged the 'ear speaker module' (I think you inadvertently referred to it on your video as "a front facing microphone") when I tried to remove it without heating it; it actually pulled apart and the winding connections came off. Do you know where to get one of those, used or new?
I had that problem too but stuck it all together and it actually still worked
