you should add some sort of fan at the bottom that matches the speed rate you're falling at and maybe extend the top attachment so you can actually "jump" forward and the ropes goes forward with you (them fancy fanless dyson fans seems to be a good start) . a tension spreader or something so it locks or disperse the "sudden stop" tension so you fall more slowly and the hanging will feel more natural as you fall from a high place in vr. combine with winds and some vr diving places from real places (like from Real VR fishing)+ arcade + ??? = profit.
