This is how the famous TERIYAKI CHICKEN WINGS are prepared

    Ingredients
    1 kilo of chicken wings cut into pieces
    1/2 cup of soy sauce (sillao)
    1/2 cup of sugar
    1/4 cup of oil
    1/4 cup of white wine
    1 piece of ginger (kion) cut into slices
    oil for greasing
    Sesame seeds
    Finely chopped Chinese onion (green part)
    Preparation
    Mix the soy sauce, sugar, oil, wine and kion. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
    Pour the previous preparation over the wings, smear well and cover with plastic wrap. Macerate in the refrigerator overnight.
    Grease two baking dishes with a little oil and place the wings (without the maceration liquid). Bake at 180ºC for 45 minutes or until the wings are cooked and golden.
    Transfer the maceration liquid to a pot and reduce the content by half or until obtaining a sauce (approximately 10 minutes from when it starts to boil). Strain and let cool.
    Brush the baked wings with the sauce and serve.
    Accompany with French fries and crudités (celery and carrot sticks). Garnish the wings with a little sesame seeds and Chinese onion.
    Advice
    You can replace the wings with smoked pork ribs.
    To know that the sauce is ready, take a little of it with a spoon and let it drip: the last drop should fall slowly.
