Only do this if you have a 60hz monitor, but even then you’re being put at a disadvantage especially in pvp because the lower your frames the higher your input latency. That latency delays all of your inputs to where say for example you go to shoot, you’re now going to have a period of time before it registers whereas if you have a low latency then it will respond sooner. Hz is essentially the amount of frames you can see, I have only a 100hz monitor so I can see 100 frames but if I lowered it to 60fps then I would only see 60 creating a very rough and laggy experience for me. This is some bad advice for a lot of people without enough elaboration on this stuff. Limiting your fps is a good thing though, my games capable of 200+ fps and I have it to 120 because of high temps and you/cou usage. If I could go higher I would bring the input latency disadvantage. 60fps is a MASSIVE disadvantage though just keep this in mind. I appreciate you for making videos like this but try to explain the reasonings to why you shouldn’t do this next time
Well practically it should because capping in game fps using external software (nvidia control panel or Riva tuner for amd) works better and gives more consistent result than capping fps in game. Give it a try! But then keep in mind this game is quite glitched and might not give the same results as other games. So what I do is I test all the settings on gta v which I find to be one most optimised game out there.
Worked amazingly on my Ryzen 7 5800X and 4080 combo went from 90-100% usage while moving at 4k max down to about 50% with only small spikes to the low 80’s for just fractions of a second under very heavy movement.
Thanks man, it was useful a little bit, now the CPU usage from 100% to 75% but some how it goes 100% sometimes I don't know why, but anyway it's still better than before.
I would lock on 80fps, 60fps in fast movement isn't smooth for me. I'm on an 13900k/4090, so 80 is fine to keep the cpu under 40%. But yeah, still a game issue and they don't even offer dlss/fsr.
@xLuxSoldi3Rx Dude there's something wrong with your driver for sure, do you play in 4k? I got consistent 75+ fps ultra on 1440p with my rx 6700xt and r5 5600x lmao.
I had the same issue I set super resolution to the max setting. It lowered CPU usage and increase my frame rates RTX 2070 Super nine 9900 K. Nothing overclocked.
Okay first let's agree on the fact that this is a once human optimization issue. I can mostly certainly say that you must have not been facing this issue in any other title. (The prob has been there since beta). What I want to understand is why is a high GPU usage an issue for you? Since GPUs are supposed to take the load off CPUs and eating up 90-98% GPU is considered okay while gaming. Is your GPU heating up?
@@3ncoreYT GPU, of course, heats up. But it's a 4090, so it has good cooling. The fact is that I know the normal load of this game - 40-50%. 100% load occurs on average in 30% of starts. Moreover, it starts right from the main menu. And it is not possible to establish any cause-and-effect relationship.
I'm sorry dude you'll have to Google this. Is it happening with this game? Or with other games too? If that's the case then you'll have to reinstall (clean) your graphics driver.
That shouldn't be happening.. Did you go to the program settings tab which is beside global settings? If it is still not visible then reinstall the game. Or search for a solution for this on UA-cam. Sorry I couldn't help much in this!
tryed dident work keep getting something thats called once_human.exe is not responding and its really annoying before all the updates i had no issue at all ive tryed everything :( its really sad that its not working right when i hit wait for program to start again when i hit it i wait and it works then it does it again its just really annoying ive switched diffrent drives and still same issue this is the only game it does it on to
Apply the settings again. I too was again getting 100 fps after a few days so I simply changed the fps to 62 (not that I wanted 2 extra frames) and reapplied the settings. Keep in mind the game is quite glitched and even more so after the update. So you might have to tweak around sometime.

wow thanks man its realy work from 100 to 60 thanks so much
Glad it helped
Great advice! Having amd, it would be just as good to just cap the Windows screen settings to 60hz?

Try tweaking ingame graphics now. Hopefully that might help reduce stress on the cpu. Cheers! Good luck!

True. And the issues are kind of worsening especially after the last update!
Dlss/fsr coming next month

set dx12
I was playing at 115ms before the patch now my game is like 256 and above. Wtf
I had same issue with 12400f + RX 6600. Disabling resizable bar in bios solved it. Now CPU usage is around 50-60 and GPU 90+
I'm the same reshade setup as you, but it's different from you, I have resources clear but you're opaque, tell me how to change it.
와 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ선생님 너무 감사합니다!
You're a life saver my guy!
More like a CPU saver.. get it?! 😆
❤️
What's the difference between locking it to 60 in game or enabling vsync
I capped my frame rate at 120 still works at 20-30% instead of 100 cpu usage with uncapped frame rates
Goated pc it seems 🤩
Why dont you change max fps from ingame settings😂
I did. But still had 100% cpu usage despite that! Has been this way since beta stages 🥲
U get more input latency capping fps in games rather than using a 3rd party software like nvidia control panel
How'd your ram goes up tu 15gb usage? Bcoz you use 32gb? I only have 16gb ram, normally it use around 11gb only
I don't know man. This game uses an unusually high amount of resources
Worked for me down to 32% from a 100. Thank you very much :)
Hey! I'm glad it worked for you! Enjoy the game!
i am facing loading time more cause my game are not in sdd how can i transfer files to my sdd? to run loading time fast
Move your whole steam to your ssd
Does not work. Nothing changed. Every 3rd launch burns out the video card.
Video card? We had cpu usage issues.

Thx, i did that but still there is some spikes to 100%
Well I notice spikes as well but then they are only for a second or two! Rest of the time it stays in 50-60 range

even on my r7 7800x3d the processor is running at full speed, thats not normal game 🤣
Haha. I can't argue with that one! 🥲
Look up how to make it directx11 instead of 12, it will save your performance a ton with essentially no visual difference
Ryzen 5 with RTX 3060. 100% CPU usage dropped to 50-60. Amazing. Thanks my man!
Great to hear!
Why is game doesn't have dlss and fsr and fg ?
The devs haven't added those yet
after the last update, my cpu usage 90-96%, even after i locked my fps to 60

Try capping using Riva tuner.
not work for me 4060 ti 16gb

how about AMD
Try using Riva Tuner
Any recommendations for AMD?
