Portland is mainly sea and hills. We have no flat lands. No where to walk without falling into the sea

Don't forget : Portland and St Thomas ' get the Brunt of the Hurricanes whenever they smash into the Island!?!... personally I would not live in those 2 Parishes.
Stay inland like the country area such as Mandeville/Manchester and visit Portland after the storm. But it’s a beauty…St Thomas road really bad-but the new high way is in a different level.
