Hi love the review. You have to watch the outlets. I bought a piece one time and I did not notice tell I got home. I could not take mine back so easily I live 100 miles from the out let.
Just visited a Coach outlet and was disappointed with the quality on the wallets. I was hoping to find a good zippered one. Outside looked good, opened it and the inside was thin and wavy like it was just plastic with no structure. How sad.
All my coach outlet purchases have been perfect. I was very lucky last month I bought a coach Tabby that was 595 it went to coach out let and I got it 195.88

However, I have found that the quality of materials and craftsmanship is very similar between the Coach Outlet and lower end Coach Retail bags (e.g., the Coach Prairie Satchel or Coach Kitt). The big difference in material quality comes at the higher priced Coach items, like the Coach 1941 line. There, the materials and hardware are nicer, the design is more intricate, and the craftsmanship seems more careful. So, if you're deciding between the Coach Outlet and lower end Coach Retail items, I would probably go Outlet. But, Coach 1941 is noticeably better quality! Hope that helps!
What yall don't understand is that the outlets are like Marshall's, & Burlington stores. They items cheaper because of defects. If you want a good quality, purchase at the retail store. You get what you pay for.
The crease was due to the accordion and will most likely to have and not because of the stuffing that was put inside. Second, as you mention it is in outlet, might as well buy in retail. Third, whether it is retail or outlet it is still coach. If you have the money then buy the expensive ones, but if not then will have to be contented with the item on that price range.
I read reviews on the coach outlet site and some people said their city totes melted in the sun. Umm that’s not leather. They do look rubbery even in the pictures.

@@MeticulousShopper I ordered from the exact link you have listed and I think the wristlet is fake came wrapped in cheap foam all squished in a little envelope is that how they send things? Mine says made in Vietnam is that normal?
I don’t even have metal zippers. What the hell did I buy? The funny thing though… If it is a knock off I wish it would’ve been stated that it was not a true coach. Otherwise I love it! I just don’t want to tell people that I have a coach wristlet when it really isn’t one I guess so I don’t look stupid. LOL
I've had a ton of good experiences with the outlet! I think Coach packaging (not just outlet, retail too) can be hit or miss. So, you just have to inspect your items carefully. They have always given me a free return label if I complained, too!
I am not so fond of the brand. moreover, i am not brand conscious. i just buy purses, handbags, shoes and clothings according to my requirement. As long as they fit into my criterias, i buy. i don't care for the lable on the items.
No. Coach Outlet items have less hardware and less interior pockets/design. I should not expect to get a damaged item just because I got it from the outlet.

Yup! It must have been a return or poorly packaged. They definitely don't sell pre owned items!

Unfortunately you're wrong. Items at the outlet are manufactured for the outlet. They're brand new, usually not defective.

I never ever had a COACH bag melt. I am in the sun all the time. I use leather and some if my bags are coated canvas. Never had an Issue.
Were you able to return it at outlet store? I ordered a purse from coach outlet online and it is a fake that came from China.
