Thanks for the helpful video. Do you why the error message is popping out which is "DIFF/3 is equivalent to a VARIABLE definition"? I'm trying to change some parameters in the cable setting window. but I was not able to solve it yet. any idea?

Thanks for the video. I have a system where there is no pulley. The cable just connects two bodies. In that case, how can I model a cable without a pulley?

You can create using spring with equivalent stiffness
Or Use FE part option

I cannot put another 0 between 3,5,6 and -600 (step(time,0,0,3,-600)+step(time,3,5,6,600)). When I remove 0 from it, the simulation show different result. Is MSC Adams 2020 using different method?

(step(time,0,0,3,-600)+step(time,3.1,0,6,600)). use this you can watch video on step function
