The order followers are ALWAYS more morally culprit-able than the order givers.

Are troops individually responsible for the war crimes they have taken part in...absolutely! “I was following orders” or “I was doing my job” is not a get of jail free card.

if only that wasn't theoretical ....theoretically a police job is to protect good people from bad people but their real job is as henchmen to enforce the opinions of politicians ,sometimes those 2 intersect but its just enough to sell on enough people that they are good, all non violant drug prisoners are political prisoners,

@Black Flame Nexion wow! you just decided to hear stuff i did not say and replied on that,,"should not be allowed" sounds like someone who wants a daddy government, your pothetic through and through,,i wasn't even talking about police putting themselves at risk in protecting someone from themselves,i was talking about laws that supposedly protect people from themselvs and police enforce and hurt people who do not abide by those ,and police shouldn't be aloud to protect people from themselves even when the polices life is not at risk,,but screwed up people like you affirm this crazy into continuing ,you didn't even get what i said and you already wanted a law that prevents me from talking ,man dark days are coming with so many people being ok to purge/censor those whom they even interpret to have a disagreement ,,,no there shouldn't be law against you spewing your crazy ridiculousness ,there should be less laws period,,,, goverment used to ban alcohol now drugs, so many people die as a result of protecting people from themselvs ,police are indeed henchmen of the machine ,they are not racist or bad they are just pawns in the hands of politicians

My grandfather was a sharpshooter. After getting home he never slept fully again. Would get up every 2 hours for a shot and a couple cigarettes. The way my grama describes he spent every moment reliving and reanalyzing what went on. We always talk about the horrors of reliving terrifying or disgusting events but what about the horrors of realizing the justifications for why you put yourself through those events never existed in the first place? Like imagine your kid goes missing, you think your dog ate your kid, you kill the dog and then your kid comes out of another room. Was killing the dog justified? Thinking my grandfather probably tormented himself with something close to that question every day is insane.

Thank you for your service you both, anyways, but it opened your eyes and that's probably every story ever of veterans coming back, and why they all end up with ptsd and self harming issues, takes decades to forget and to heal and to come to terms / understand it in it's full spectrum / scope.
