It's known to be Egyptian. It's known which operating system is used to create the numbers (Windows 7). We know what it's most likely used for since numbers stations tend to have a single purpose. The purpose isn't for spies to communicate to their handlers. It's the opposite. It's their handlers communicating with spies since the broadcast location is safely in the parent country but the spies aren't but all they need is to tune in with either a shortwave radio or even a websdr or something. The code can't be cracked since it's using one time pads and only with the appropriate one time pads could the transmission be decoded.
If you want to get more technical details on numbers stations, look into Ana Montes and the Atención numbers station as when she was caught (she was a Cuban spy in the DIA), one time pads were discovered as well as decoding software on her laptop.
Is there a particular documentary that would be good regarding the Cuban spy?

Is it something that is fake, it's just to create puzzlement to others ? The spoken words are in the English language, is that for a reason ?
Unfortunately @user-Xs1yx9tc9m we do not know as it has baffled everybody I will hopefully know more as time goes on we do know that it is an Egyptian number station
My guess they use english to not reveal what country is the sender.
@hannesskirgard that is a very good guess at one point on google earth a ton of transmitters where spotted in the middle of the desert, we still do not know if that is the site or is it a trap.
A lot of numbers stations have been transmitting for decades, many credibly connected to various governments and espionage groups. I don't doubt that people have started setting up their own fake ones just for fun, as they are a popular mystery, but which ones are which is beyond me.
