I think you should do another review of this beer. I got a 6-pack of this beer tonight and think it's one of the better mass-produced hazy IPAs out there.
@@DarwinsBeerReviews I think certain beers cause it. Also, certain red wines. It started in my late 20s. But I’m allergic to different things so I figured I must have developed a sensitivity over time. Could go either way with allergies with ongoing exposure.
@Darwin's Beer Reviews the breweries closest to me are Grains of virtue, Full Circle brewing Co. Tioga sequoia and dying breed brewing Co, all have delicious options to choose from if you are ever in California I highly recommend them
I liked it. But wasn’t head over heels like I typically am with FW. I liked Gen 1 much more. Actually got a keg of that for my basement cuz I liked it so much. I’m curious to see how it holds up. I think their goal was to make something that was shelf stable and would appear similar in 1st month as it would in the 3rd or 4th month in the cans
for NE IPA besides water treatment it comes down to yeast and hops to me that is why the cheaper lower tier varieties do not have the flavor of the upper tier, as a homebrewer it is fun trying to see how close to a beer style you can get
I appreciate the video but this beer is garbage in my opinion. Nothing like the majority of hazys I’ve had. Very flat and sour! I didn’t want a sourvesa
I was into all these “craft beers” for a couple years. Then it hit me one day, THEY ALL DAMN THERE TASTE THE SAME. Don’t hate thinking I don’t know what I’m talking about because I truly was buying and trying EVERYTHING. It’s just extra hops in 90% of them. No difference in flavors not even carbonation. IPA should be smooth with little hop flavor anyway. I’ll drink but I ain’t buying just for a cool looking graphic on a can. All these beers have the same citrus smell and look. This one In particular was smoother going down the throat, but that’s literally reaching for something to say to differentiate it from any other pretty box/can $20 a twelve pack beer. Let someone els by ANY of these “craft” beers for you. Don’t waste your money.
Straight to the point review I loved it
Thank you!
I liked how smooth this beer is
I need to try new ones of this beer.
Yeah, it’s smooth and crushable if you are craving that IPA flavor.
These boys got it down
Firestone makes some great beers.

I would love to. Don't get FW in FL unfortunately.
Weird thing I noticed about this beer compared to other IPAs is it didn’t make nose run lol Think I’m slightly allergic.
To hops or beer? Never heard of that...

@@Noname-u2b Maybe a doctor would help.
Its good for the price, but nothing compared to a local micro brew hazy
What's your local micro hazy?
@Darwin's Beer Reviews the breweries closest to me are Grains of virtue, Full Circle brewing Co. Tioga sequoia and dying breed brewing Co, all have delicious options to choose from if you are ever in California I highly recommend them
@@robreeto Awesome local picks. I haven't tried tose.
"The can label is... a little to bland for me?"
Okay, California Valley Gurl, I'm done with you.
Okay man! Sorry.
What’s your favorite iPA bro
Tree House Green.
Great aroma taste was thin and watery and not very complex.
I tend to agree.
I normally don't like the hazy IPAs but I really dig this one,
A good one!
Yo, this is so good! I love it!
I would revisit it, but I don't have Firestone Walker down in FL now...
This one is a go to FSW for me.
Wish I got it in FL.
I'll definitely try it if it's on tap somewhere. Thanks for the review!
Enjoy!
I completely agree with your assessment... couldn't agree more.
Thanks!
Really enjoy this, spot on review, the price is why I give a slightly higher rating than you, $7.49 a six pack
Wow, that's a great price.
Mitchell Mulder $9.99 at target
Too bad. Thought this would be top notch. Do you know the can date. I heard they were a few weeks old.
This was as fresh as it could be for my market in NY, a few weeks.
@@DarwinsBeerReviews I'm also in NY and was surprised that it was already a few weeks old.
Guy at my local bottle shop told a customer this is the best hazy on the market...
Could be the best widespread commercial hazy (depending on opinion). You can't really compare it to your local microbrewery hype cans
"Market" being wide distribution, possibly. I would argue the batch of Hazy Voodoo Ranger I had is still the best.
Revisited this one. Sort of weak and underwhelming to me. Still preferring the Sam Adams. Cheers!
Nice! Glad to hear. I like the Sam Adams as well.
Wasn’t too crazy about this, I wouldn’t have given it more than a high 80. Gen 1 was much better, more character more NEIPA.
Agreed, Gen 1 was bomb.
I liked it. But wasn’t head over heels like I typically am with FW.

Agreed, Gen 1 is killer.
Good review!
Not their first NE IPA. Sounds a lot like their Patrick Hayze. That one was so drinkable for 7+%.
First by wide distribution and advertised as Haze or NE IPA.
Well not as good as hoped, better than Sierra Nevada, equal to New Belgium below Sam Adams and way way below a top tier hazy
Wow! Quite spot on from my opinions. You got it!

Yikes! I'll have to try it again though.
Nigga spazzing lmao. Chill bruh 😂
can abyss lol, he’s like this with all his videos. I love it. Hahaha.
Guess ill pass, too much better stuff available

Are you talking about modern Hazy/NE IPAs?
rigid
thank you
Yeah I wasn’t impressed by this beer.. if bud light made a ipa this would be it
Haha... Their take on hazy...
