Great video. Replaced my passenger side door regulator using it this morning. Wouldn’t have known where to start without it. Couple of bits of info for anyone else attempting the same, I used 6.4x10mm rivets with a lazy tongue gun for the regulator panel and 5x8mm rivets for the speaker. Also needed two m5 nuts and bolts (12mm or 16mm, I forget which) to transfer the blue plastic sensor (air bag I think) from the old panel to the new.

Thanks for sharing. Mines a passenger side door so the handle / fixing is different it's held in at the top and bottom. Easy to find once I had popped off the cover. Saw on another channel that the plastic holder in the glass is in two parts so you can take those apart.
