Project XII Modular Part 12: PT2399 Delay

  • This is part 12 in the series on the modules in my Project XII DIY modular analogue synthesizer. In this video I will demonstrate the modular delay I built from the instructions on the Look Mum No Computer website (www.lookmumnocomputer.com/pro.... It is built around the PT2399 chip which is a delay circuit in a single chip (www.princeton.com.tw/Portals/0.... I will look at the specifications for the PT2399 and the delay module circuit that Sam designed. Then I'll demonstrate some of the effects you can achieve when the delay module is teamed up with my analogue modular synth.

    Digital delays add such magic to even the most sober and modest audio signals. Sounds great!

    As always "First One" :) Thanks for the Video, hope you doing fine ! I Build the Delay from Sam a couple of weeks ago. Works okay, but I have some problems with the pots .Only the last third works I have to look at it again. Like everytime stay healthy and greetings from germany

      Check you have linear NOT log pots. Log pots have an A in front of the value, linear pots have a B. All the pots on this circuit are linear e.g. B100k.

      @@CuSiSound ,thanks, but I don´t have any log pots, so they are 100% B´s
