Danke für Ihr schönes Rezept. So ähnlich gibt es bei mir auch die Kürbissuppe. Ich nehme an statt Stangensellerie, Knollensellerie, schmeckt vielleicht etwas intensiver. An dieser Stelle zwei Tipps. Sie können das anbraten gleich in einem größeren Topf machen, dass spart schon mal Abwasch😉. Natürlich ist es im Video zum Zeigen besser. Die Schale vom Hokkaido können Sie mit essen. Falls Sie es nicht mögen, den Kürbis in Scheiben schneiden und mit einen Sparschäler oder Messer die Schale dünn entfernen, somit wirft man weniger vom köstlichen Gemüse weg. Es ist nur ein Tipp. Mir gefallen Ihre Rezepte 👍🏻. Dankeschön ❤️
