How do you remove the headliner out of the car

You can take the headliner out the trunk. You will have to crease/fold the headliner quite a bit on the way out. We did not take the headliner out of this car, we worked on the headliner inside the car.

You have to take the windscreen out and remove/replace the headliner panel through the open windscreen. Quite an expensive process!
