Holy hell. Half these comments read like paid comments. All following a similar pattern:
"The dedication of Creality to improve their products is truly commendable"
"Your dedication to providing accurate information is highly appreciated."
"Your review is a testament to the power of persistence and innovation in the 3D printing world"
"Your review has solidified my confidence in the Creality K1 as a reliable 3D printer. Thanks for sharing"
Owning a couple of creality printers I like them and all... But cmon, whoever is botting this video with these comments, calm down.
After I replied to half of them I noticed what was happening......but if I dont reply to them the algorithm will hate me so I had to go through 35 comments!!
100% bots gone wild.
And the usernames all have a similar pattern too...
Amusingly an anagram of Creality is literacy. Amusing because a consequence of literacy limitations is choice which appear as patterns. Patterns being one of, if not the biggest tell there's something fishy going on. Almost certainly explains their printer line-ups naming convention, too. Ender, Max, Neo, Plus, Pro, 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 & a hyphen. :p And Creality, don't take it personally, I'm messing around (and ordering one of your contraptions this afternoon ;)
Full Klipper control is something all companies should release to the users!
Beyond releasing source code, klipper should also implement a requirement to allow FULL control to the user. I understand having an "easy" mode for new users which is a more locked down klipper version, but every manufacturer should have an "advanced" mode which is simply a fully unlocked klipper.
Thanks for keeping us updated on the latest developments in 3D printing technology
Of course! Stay tuned for the K1 Max update :D
Your video is both informative and engaging. Keep up the excellent work!
Im so happy you enjoyed it!!
Your dedication to providing accurate information is highly appreciated.
I appreciate it so much!! :D
This review is exactly what I needed to hear about the Creality K1s journey. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much!!! :D
I appreciate your K1 update video!
I also wonder about all these new corexy printers and how the maintenance, support and repair experience will play out over time. Parts are going to wear, fall out of alignment, and/or break as time goes by. I would be interested in another K1 update video in the future after your K1 has more "miles" on it and you have a more long term K1 ownership experience. Thanks for the videos.
Exceptional review. After several communications, they responded that they will be sending replacements for the original parts "very soon". I still like the K1 since it is open and also I anticipate some aftermarket products will be developed to enhance print speed and quality. The extruder looks like a great area to address first.
Thank you so much!! I agree! I think it will be a great platform for aftermarket klipper mods as time goes on!
What do you mean by open, as in open source? Does that mean it's better than the bambu in this regard since I heard everything they do is proprietary. Sorry still new to these.
@@rodiculous9464 Yes open source. If you are OK with closed source and their cloud-based information rights, Bambu is a great printer. This is a new generation of consumer printers (ultra-fast coreXY with AI features) that Bambu gets the credit for creating. If you do some searching - there are many 3D printer companies announcing or releasing printers like this so your choices will become even more difficult. I like the K1 and Creality because it is open source and third-party aftermarket products are beginning to emerge (Micro Swiss Flowtech hot end for example). It also has the lowest price point for entry for a volume-produced printer. There are many of these printers out in the world now and community-supported. You can dip your toes into this water without spending a ton of money.
Your comprehensive overview is a valuable resource for anyone considering the Creality K1.
Thank you so much!
Awesome video, thumbs up and subscribed ! Thanks. Quick question tho, should I buy the K1 A1 camera ? I'm guessing this isn't the Lidar sensor ? No idea where to obtain the Lidar ....
Mine has been extremely solid, only issue I had when I opened it was the PTFE being in the chain. Cooling has been great for me, but I only print ABS
Yeah they are all still coming like that. I have no idea why. I wish I could mention tons of micro issues like that, but then the video would be 1000 minutes long. Creality needs to change their production to stop that
Your review is a testament to the power of persistence and innovation in the 3D printing world
Exactly!
Great Video!
If I use ASA (Fillamentum Extrafill), need I to enable the lateral fan?
Its amazing to see how far the Creality K1 has come since its initial release.
It is honestly impressive what creality has done
The way you switch up the camera angle is hilarious. Very fun. Thanks for the info... I'm so tempted to get a K1 (not max)... Ender 3 is such a little hassle
Thank you so much! I always love to hear the kind words! :D Usually for me when I get tempted I give it a week or two and if I still want it, then I just pull the trigger and do it haha
Thanks for sharing!
Of course! I have more to come :D
Great review. I've had mine for a few months and its been great except some slight underextrusion. I increased flow on the slicer but its not perfect. How did you get the new upgraded hardware? You mentioned contacting 3rd party? I bought mine at microcenter, so would I reach out to them or Creality? If I have to buy it then I'll do it but free is always better!!
Your review has solidified my confidence in the Creality K1 as a reliable 3D printer. Thanks for sharing
This comment means a lot! Thank you :)
Impressive transformation!
I agree lol
The K1s journey is a testament to the potential of continuous improvement in technology.
Isn't it!?!? :D
@@ThePrintHouseits a bot
Customer support from Creality has been exceptional. Any questions or concerns Ive had were promptly addressed, which speaks volumes about the companys commitment to its users. Its great to know that theyre there to support me throughout my 3D printin
It's great
You are kidding, their CS is the worst.
Im impressed by how thorough this review is - it covers all the important aspects.
Thank you! I wanted to cover everything important while not having too much random fluff. Get the important stuff in and nothing else
Great review!
I appreciate it!!!
I have been going back and forth on this printer and the Neptune 4 Pro. I am rocking an Anet A8 with an all metal frame. Both would be absolutely huge upgrades. I like to do functional parts with nylons, CF filaments, polycarbonate and the likes. Would i get better/more successful results with a K1?
you need enclosed printer for hard materials like nylon, polycarbonate, ABS/ASA because of high temps, its possible to print these materials on open printer, but only for really tiny models
Super informative!
THANK YOU :D
Adding this to my watch later! I have a K1 I’ve had sitting in a box since it first released. Looking forward to seeing your take on it.
I'm so impressed with crealitys response to the initial issues. They shouldn't have released with so many problems, but considering they did, they've been very active in solving all the issues
people are so quick to forgot that crfeality created the greatest 3d printer on the planet, the ender 3. there are hundreds of thousands possibly even milions of ender 3's out there. i highly doubt a company will make another printer that has reached so many people. they absolutely know what they are doing and are not some start up lol
Yeah I agree with you, and I do love creality products, but I will say that just because a company did 1 good thing doesnt mean that can do more good things. Im not firing at creality here, just making a statement in general for all companies.
On the other side of this, Bambu Labs came out of nowhere with a successful Kickstarter campaign, dropped one of the fastest and highest print quality printers out there, and have been making that same quality more and more affordable as time goes.
I just bought a K1 on a bangin cyber Monday deal as an upgrade from my modded out Ender3Pro, but I'm hopeful and broke. If I had the choice I'd be going Bambu Labs all day.
No. Creality did not create the greatest 3d printer in the world. The ender is not good. It's hardy ok by today's standards, and it's certainly never been great.
What it was was priced correct and easy enough. It worked well enough that most people could figure it out. The ender 3 will however go down as the best selling printer ever and it was a game changer during a world of reprap.
Crealitys problem right now is they haven't done anything since the ender 3 until the k1 max, maybe but even it has serious price/value comp.
The Ender-3 is most certainly not the greatest 3D printer out there and I don’t think it ever was. Most accessible? Sure, I’ll give you that. But greatest? No.
Whhhaaaattt? You mean they stole prusas design like they did with bambú 😂😂😂
I appreciate your honesty in discussing the initial challenges - it makes this review so trustworthy.
Yeah the K1 was rough to start, but with the newest hardware and firmware it is probably a top 5 option for when I recommend!
do you reccomend it over qidi x max 3 ? @@ThePrintHouse
How can I tell if my K1 has the original faulty hardware. How can I get them to replace with the newly designed hardware?
Its there any news about creality print upgrade? I think a pause at height for filament change is needed. Nice video as allways
That would be nice, right? Im not sure about any news on that. I dont really use the slicer too often.
Just scrolling through the comments it seems like a lot of them are written like bots.
Besides marketing people and motivational speakers who says powerhouse, inspiring story of the k1 journey, impressive transformation....
I like my k1 max but these comments are just weird to me.
Yeah theyre definitely bot. Botting a video is super dangerous....I surely hope youtube recognizes this wasnt me
Informative review
Thank you 🙂
I do not found link to full Klipper installation guide mentioned in the video, please can you share in comments?
Oh no I am so sorry! I totally forgot. I am adding the link now! :D
In your video you mentioned asking the vendor your purchasing from to ensure you are getting the latest model. Is there a way to tell from the info on the it comes in to see if your actually getting that?
Unfortunately I think the answer is no. You just need to wait and see when it arrives.
The before-and-after story of the Creality K1 is truly inspiring.
I wish we had more past and present looks at the machine :D
@@ThePrintHouseSee russian reviews, the printer is crap, the fan shroud melts ant you never even talk about it, bad pulleys, bad construction aluminum held by plastic frame corner inserts? What is this?
Hello. I am going to buy a K1 soon. As this will be my first Klipper-based printer, I don't understand some of the aspects.
1. What benefits does unlocked Klipper give?
2. Will I lose any functionality compared to the stock firmware?
3. If Creality changes something in their original firmware, will they implement the same change in Klipper?
Could you answer my questions please? Thanks in advance.
Sure!
1) There is too much to mention here. You will need to look that up separately. The BLUF: The firmware itself is physically designed better. The team designing it seems to be more focused on quality. There are advanced cutting edge features.
2) You will lose nothing. You will only gain features. Likely as a first time klipper users you wont use them until you understand them, which could be a long time, but until you get a klipper machine you will never be able to learn.
3) Creality will likely not be modifying the original one anymore, but if they do, I suspect it will also be in klipper version.
At 10:20, how can we verify that it's the latest version? Is there a model number we can read somewhere that can tell us what the updated version of the K1 is?
Mine has arrived 3 days ago. I'm trying to use orcaslicer but the default profiles aren't that great. Have you tried it?
I have not yet tried orca. I need to!!
Im excited to learn about the latest updates that have turned the K1 into a powerhouse.
Klipper is a serious beast! Im excited for the future of klipper!
This video is a must-watch for anyone looking to invest in a 3D printer
Thank you for the kind words!! :D
Im excited to see how the Creality K1 will continue to evolve in the future.
I am as well! I hope kipper gets even better with the k1! :)
i have bean using 2 CR-10S for the last 4-5 years thinking of getting a new printer soon
I think you will love the K1! It's a great option! :D
Purchased a Neptune 4 and had unfixable trouble with it after a day. Sent it back and now I’ve got this on the way. Was supposed to be £599, on offer at £479 then there a promo code knocking £50 off so £429. It costs more than the N4 but hopefully turns out to be a better machine.
I think you'll like it!! :)
I also bought a Neptune 4 pro, I’ve had it about a week and today was the first time that I could get a decent first layer. I’ve sliced several items in Cura and the N4 fails to print support every time. My Creality 3 S1 prints the same items and prints the supports.
I've had really good luck with the modification to the part cooling channels on the skeletonized shroud you can get from Thingiverse
The transformation of the K1 into a top-tier 3D printer is impressive!
Yeah it is without a doubt a top competitor. It still has it's shortcomings, but it's very capable!
I have a lot of use of this printer and I love it! (On my channel) It is best used connected to a filament dryer and hyper PLA.
It's honestly great so far!
@@ThePrintHouse what do you think of this? Will it get even better? And since you are a big UA-camr I thought you might have been sent something early regarding it: Multicolor Leak on K1 - ua-cam.com/users/shortsjErZB1Z0KaA?si=n1lZLRCPDIdPkojD
Filament dryer for PLA? Why would you dry PLA? 😂
@@Todestelzer A) PLA isn't the only one you use so might as well link them up B) I bulk buy like 20 spools of PLA and then just slowly use them and i prefer to dry rather than lose the ability to pick colors
@@elijahspirit for PETG or PA for sure. For PLA you can use it as a expensive spool holder. Happy printing. It’s a nice hobby/job.
Your insights and observations are on point. Great job!
Thank youuuuuu!!! :D So much more to come!
I mostly print toys in PLA to sell. So If I was going to buy another machine to up my production with the idea that I would likely need more in the future what machine would I get? Of course the K1 and P1S are at the top of my list but Im kind of wondering if its worth it to buy those for the speed alone. The AMS is an attractive option too. I wonder if Creality will come out with a multi filament system in the near future? Youd have to think they would but nothing being said about it yet. Anyway, Think its worth it to spend the money on a speedy printer or just buy more enders? P.S. I have had quite a few issues with my 3v2neo that has cost me time and money but Im sure thats ever printer at some point.
I also operate a 3d printing business. I used to use E3 V2. I had my machines dialed in but even still, it was slow and print quality wasnt great. I would 100% get one of the new core XY printers. If you want to print color then of course go bambu, but if you have anything you sell in single color I would just get the K1. Printing in color is definitely something you need to consider NOT doing. It will slow production and cost more money. In order to make it worth it you likely need multiple machines with AMS as well as an increased price tag which customers are willing to pay.
@@ThePrintHouse Thanks for the great advice. Ive settled on the K1 then. If i get rich Ill buy a bambu with AMS for fun.
After the updates would you go with this or the bambu p1s?
I hate to say this, but they are genuinely different products. They both print equally as well for standard materials. For someone that only every prints 1 color in PLA, PETG, TPU, or ABS, the k1 is amazing. If you ever plan to print multimaterial or engineering materials I would do the p1s.
Well done!
Thank you so much!
You should do a full Klipper install video.
That's a great idea!!! I'll try to add it to the list for a quick upload!!!
Creallity has open sourced and released the source to their version of Klipper. So it should be possible to build your own version of klipper and install it on the K1.
Im sure the possibility exists, but I feel like it wouldnt be the most straight forward task
@@ThePrintHouse Shouldn't be any more difficult than upgrading Marlin on the Ender printers, or for installing Klipper on them. It will all depend on the bootstrap that the K1 has on it for upgrading the firmware. I'm sure the 'nerds' out there are busy hacking the K1 right now!
So this updated version is all fixed problems like pregious was ?
I'm not sure what you mean exactly, but creality did fix all the problems with the machine :)
Highly recommend G10 bed if you're working with PETG.
This guy moves his hands more than Scotty Kilmer doing car mechanic vehicle reviews. lol
why do you recomend keeping the door and lid open with PLA? I have a K1 with no issue.
I haven't had issues either, but pla is not supposed to be printed In a closed chamber
@@ThePrintHouse good to know. This is my first 3D printer. microcenter had a 375 coupon for it. it was also the updated version with the upgraded parts luckily. My only grip with it is the software like you said and the way it feeds filament into it. I like to use a dryer because our house is humid and the angles from filament from a sunlu S2 isnt great. I had, just today, issues with Inland Twinkle Rainbow pulling away in the extruder or it snapped off inside the tube because of how the run out sensor is placed, its a sharp angle. I wish they gave us options to mount it other ways.
Does the K1 not have a removable/flexible build plate? Seems like that would have helped the removal problem. Or it does but the 6:57 was to prove your point lol
So if i buy a k1 now i still have to go through steps to make it work well?
You just need to make sure you have the corrected extruder
Ive been on the fence about the K1, but this review has convinced me its worth a look.
Thank you for the kind words! btw check the link in the desc ;)
you can use ocar slicer it work for k1 too
I hope it’s good, I just bought one for my son for Christmas :/
Only issues with K1 i can see are on YT. Such a winner 🎉😅
It's a great machine now!
For now,K1 and P1S which one is better, after K1 upgraded the kits and unlock klipper?
I have not used the P1S, but I think the bambu lineup is better but I would likely buy the k1 because I prefer the klipper interface. Though theyre so closely comparable I dont think there is a wrong decision
@@ThePrintHousethx
Wow the bots spamming "positive" comments here. But the K1 klipper firmware updates is now got this as a future printer in the contention
As I was replying to this video I began to realize. They're so customized I want to know how this is happening
Typical bottom bin Chinese products and their bots.
@@ThePrintHouseI think it's either the company or Chinese gov buying bot comments.
The dedication of Creality to improve their products is truly commendable
I agree. I wish they would have spent additional R&D so there were no original problems, but it is good they have fixed them
Lolol dedication to creality continuing to blotch product releases
@@SeaTajBlotch release? You mean like Prusa with the MK4 being released without promised features initially and the XL printing worse than a $200 machine? Or how about the X1C at first with their nozzles coming apart and ams rollers breaking. Dude every company is going to have headaches with new products. It's inevitable but doesn't mean you can't still be dedicated to that company
Strongly disagree, this company while making decent products are stealing ideas from open source regulary and not giving back to the community. Taking ages to make products open source while stealing other open source projects and marketing as their own.
Dawg why do I need a fnatr enclosure when I have a cardboard box 💅🏼
Real talk here, you can check my old videos. I used a cardboard enclosure to print my voron prices and my abs still had slight warping WITH a brim. With the hard enclosure I can print abs with no warping
Ordered my k1 today for only 399 jejjj so excited
How can I tell if my printer didn't come with the upgraded parts?
That’s exactly my question. Did you find an answer somewhere else?
@@Raddekoppthis was the response I got from Creality: The main thing is whether they malfunction in the course of use
If they don't malfunction, it doesn't really matter
releasing a printer that wasnt quit ready has me and probably alot of people scared to buy this printer. I would still wait an other 6 months to see if what you say is true from non sponsored users
Just as a clarification. You mean contact Creality for the new hardware if we buy it from say Microcenter?
I did actually mean the 3rd party supplier. Microcenter likely wont send the new hardware, but a 3rd party online store might. If they dont then I would definitely contact Creailty directly as well.
Thanks. I hear microcenter has been offering these to some people for 379 with coupon which is a great deal.@@ThePrintHouse
Im wanting to start my own 3d printing buisness i came across the K1 being on a flash sale for $400 on creality website i cam here wondering if it was a good printer. What i was looking for with a 3d printer that i wouldnt have to upgrade and could make great priducts to sell. If not what would be a better option
In my experience, the k1 is great for that propose!!
@ThePrintHouse I've seen a lot of people have mixed reviews on this printer saying the Bambu 1p1 is a better option but can't really afford a $600 printer. My mom and I are trying to create businesses. I would 3d print products, and she has her heat press decals on clothing and stuff. I want a printer that I won't need to upgrade without breaking the bank, hahaha. Appreciate the feedback, though, and great video.
@ThePrintHouse which one would be a better printer this K1 or the CR-5 they are the same price right now
"Part cooling fan weak" is not an issue.
To cool PLA adequate at high speeds, you would need bulky fans, whichincreases toolhead weight and makes said speeds unattainable.
Which is why bench speed record attempt printers use side fans.
...hmm is the "use with gluestick" not printed on K1 buildplates,is it only printed on K1 max buildplates?
Yes I know that, but Cura doesnt enable it easily. That's why I mentioned it. You need to slice via creality slicer to make it function
Im pretty sure it is on the k1 also, but I was using hair spray. The reason they mention glue stick is because it is an interface layer. Hair spray does the same thing, but the layer I applied was apparently too thin, which isnt an issue on other printers
If they fixed the K1 MAX too I may buy one! Nice look at the new stuff. Side note - I really don't like the music playing all the time in the background but I am old ;)
The K1 Max is also fixed. I have a K1 Max and I intend to upload a video documenting it soon, so stick around :D
Oh no Im sorry! Is it took loud? I find the views drop significantly without music. I think without music a lot of people seem to lose interest, even if the content is equally as informative and entertaining.
Incredible journey
it really is!
The version from the EU site, is the new one? I wish to order it, and I want to have the last one, without reaching to Creality for a new good part.
I do not know honestly. Creality will send you the new parts though
@@ThePrintHouse already ordered from that day. I spoke with the support from EU, and they have no clue.

K1s come a long way!
It's been a long journey!!

Yeah I heard the deal. Thats insane. I wish I was closer to a microcenter!!!! :/
Indeed, one cannot help but stand in awe and amazement when one considers the extraordinary and awe-inspiring trajectory that the Creality K1 has undertaken, commencing from its initial moment of emergence onto the global stage, and tracing the sweeping arc of its journey through the annals of time, witnessing its unprecedented and remarkable metamorphosis that has transcended the bounds of imagination, as it has transcended the boundaries of conventional 3D printing technology, and etching a resounding and ineffable legacy that will indubitably endure for generations to come.
I too love ChatGPT
The Creality K1 has definitely piqued my interest after watching this review.
It's an amazing machine :)
I hate to be the one to say this, but that's literally the whole point of the aux. fan is to help cooling at high speeds.
Yeah I know. I only mentioned it because of the statement that came after. It cant be controlled via cura and you cant print without it.
So no wifi with this Klipper version?
wifi works with the k1 :)
People try to shi# on this printer I’ve been printing for years on year and spent hundreds maybe 1000s of hours working on learning and hands on experience with about 6 differnt printers out of the box the k1 does fantastic and has been one of the most simple plug and play printers I’ve seen so far would love to have the k1 max tbh
Not to mention the fact it’s very consistent I’d say I get 18 or 19 out of every 20 prints to dam# near perfection or as close to perfection as possible without going to resin. It’s been this way out of the box only things I’ve tweaked is speed infill and basic things that children could do. Don’t have to worry about clogs very often sometimes they can be a pain that requires a full break down but having to do a hr worth of work for a mistake I usually make( forget to unlock the extruder before pulling during retraction) don’t pull it or you break Filament to high off in the block and have to do a full breakdown other than that outstanding all around
So, not enabling a fan that is included to improve cooling, and then complain about bad cooling and it's creality's fault? Interesting start of the review
It was mentioned because it can't be enabled unless you use creality slicer. That was mentioned immediately after
@@ThePrintHouse Im picking up my K1 tomorrow night, so I suppose I need to take your word on it but I find it hard to believe that ONLY creality's slicer can enable the aux fan. I have been watching plenty of reviews leading up to the purchase and this is the first im hearing of that (something that everyone would bring up being that it would be a huge issue). Once again I could be wrong though.
@@BayCon632 The fan is obviously turned on by gcode, so a few things are at play here: If it is firmware operated, then in my testing it never triggered on. I find this to be an unlikely scenario. If it was not firmware operated, with the recent updates it could NOW BE firmware operated, which would make it work with cura now but not a few weeks ago. Again I find this an unlikely option. The most likely situation is that the fan is operated by gcode that is generated in the slicer which is why creality print works and cura doesnt. Creality print can be customized heavily by creality where as cura is not a product creality can modify. Without ragging on my fellow creators, I typically find my videos to be significantly more in depth and take longer to produce for that reason alone. It wouldnt surprise me if that is a detail left out by all other creators. As creators, we are used to having 5 - 10 slicers to use at all times, so it could just be numb on everyone at this point, so it is not something others would mention. The last option is that Im entirely wrong and it did activate and I just randomly vividly remember it never turning on with Cura. I will never discredit the possibility of being wrong. In any case, I think you will love the machine!
@@ThePrintHouse Thanks for the expanded comment, best luck on future videos. Happy printing
You can turn it on manually after the first layer, which isn't ideal, but it works.
You can turn it on in other slicers too, like Orca, but it's not straightforward.
microcenter gave me one for 280... :P
K1s worth it
I agree so much!
I will never buy or review another Creality product after seeing all of the BOT comments for this video. Creality should be ashamed of themselves, it's obvious.

Ummm .. cooling fan. It must be a G-Code command. Just add it to the prelim G-code that Cura adds to each print. Seems kind of easy. I don't own one, I'm just guessing, but I bet it will work. Thumbs down.
A bunch of bots in the comments
I want to know where they all came from lol
They even have the same spelling errors. Sheesh Creality is making it hard to take them seriously or trust them.
@@No0o0o0o0o0 yeah I'm not a fan of creality doing that. It does make me upset
Are most of the comments here bots?
Sadly I think so
This or p1s
It really depends on your requirements. Both a great printers. Ps1 is probably better overall, but the k1 can provide a different, more customized, and better user experience if you are familiar with klipper
now this or the ankermake m5? @@ThePrintHouse
i bought it, lasted 3 days, 4 prints plus MANY failures. I bought the upgrade kit (well ordered it) end August. was told will be shipped 21st september. Still waitiing. the hotend is crap, doesn't extrude as it should and then leaks. upgrade kit include a new hotend, extruder, camera and roll of filament. I have being trying to get them to dispatch the dam stuff. i waited so long i bought a Bambu X1C + 3 AMS units. the K1 has been staning gathering dust. Onday i will design a new carriage and change the board, wiring etc and just dump the crap they sold with it. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY OF ANY PRINTER EVER was the K1!!!
The upgrade kit will be a huge win if you get it in
@ThePrintHouse yeah I definitely believe so, but the when is definitely an unknown unfortunately 😕
Don't buy this 3d printer this video has been spammed with bot comments if the printer was worth it then they wouldn't need to do that!
Uh, "fully turnkey" and "glitchy and needing modifications" are mutually exclusive. it's good that Creality is fixing these issues, but doesn't reflect well on their overall QA process. My Bambu printers have been flawless from day 1 out of the box. No tinkering needed or glitches encountered.
That's just PETG for you. PETG should've never been made
you should never scrape a PEI (plastic) plate like a barbaric caveman. spray some alcohol and let it sit to to peel off easier
My scraper is blunt and safe for aggressive scraping on magnetic pei
@@ThePrintHouse It didn't look very effective from what you showed, but to each his own. As a materials scientist though, I can assure you that's no way to ensure longevity of any plastic
The k1 is a bambu lab clone. Just like the ender is a prusa clone.
