Easy cauliflower recipe! Today I'm making delicious cauliflower from the oven. The dish is ready in just a few minutes, and the cauliflower is aromatic and delicious! The outside is breaded golden brown and the inside is tender cauliflower. The cauliflower is super crispy and tastes great with the fresh sauce, so everyone loves vegetables, enjoy it!
Ingredients:
1kg cauliflower.
150 g (5.3 oz) rye bread crumbs.
100 g (3.5 oz) Suluguni cheese.
Parsley.
2 tablespoons flour.
2 tablespoons cornstarch.
Lemon peel.
2 eggs.
2 tablespoons sour cream.
2 teaspoons tahini.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
A little bit of salt.
Sauce (optional):
100 g (3.5 oz) sour cream.
lemon juice.
Nutmeg.
