That's the fun part! The V-wing is able to be so small because it DOESN'T have oxygen! The windshield is there purely so that the pilot doesn't immediately get hit by a blaster bolt
I tend to build on the smaller side for most of my builds! Minifigure proportions are all over the place so there really isn’t a true minifigure scale as the width and height are so different. You’ll definitely see it in my next video as I build some Halo warthogs!
@@dogdog357 iirc it's also why TIE fighters were relatively small as well. No life support systems or hyperdrives, allowing them to be fairly small, but those giant solar panel wings kinda ended up making them have a big, iconic profile anyways.
The whole build is super slick and captures the likeness of the V-wing almost exactly! Those Bionicle wings are such a perfect fit for this, fantastic work!
Honestly Lego is one of the few content types I'm inclined to subscribe quickly for. Amazing job mate, that V-wing looks so good and it does one of my favorite SW fighters justice. Looking to see what else you've got on the menu later on!
Thanks! I had that part in my original version as well but it’s hard to see it in the pictures. A big part making these videos is showcasing those bits that don’t stand out in the pictures :)

idk what I was expecting with bionicle, but this build looks really smooth
These proper minifig-scale SW builds really underscore how silly small Star Wars ships are. Where do they even fit the fuel or oxygen.

Immaculate building techniques. Your ingenuity in every build continues to amaze me!

Very nice build
Omg, that minifig hand for stability is genius. I am definitely going to use that.
Mooooore!!!!!!!
That minifig hand technique is crazy :)
Bionicle parts are so underrated
@@NathanaelRig agreed! They are sometimes hard to incorporate in a MOC but I love the challenge!

What a great build. The video is also really well made!
Subscribed, good work.
Looks absolutely amazing
The attention to detail at such a small scale is impressive!
Beautiful tbh
Very interesting build
Love the video format. Thanks for sharing!
Even the stand is cool!! Awesome build!
Amazing Moc! I enjoyed seeing all the clever techniques, from a distance the build doesn’t even look like it’s made of Lego! Keep up the good work.

This looks pretty good! Keep it up! Subbed!
It looks a little fragile, but it captures the original design perfectly
Thank you! The stand is a little fragile as the hinge is weak but the V-Wing itself is quite sturdy and swooshable!
