It's interesting you say that. I saw John Mayall supporting Muddy Waters back in 1968 and Mick Taylor's guitar sounded, to me, just like a saxophone. Must be a Les Paul thing 😀

@@PaulMcCaffreyfmac. Further to that, BB King said many times that often when he played he was hearing horns. Always paid close attention to the horn players for phrases. I personally love it when I can (accidentally😂) produce orchestral string sounds. Cello or violin.
