Being new to pedals, this is what i am looking for.. The Twimble is more versital than I thought, Matt's Playing and tone are to die for. I will be adding this to my setup. Great video. Thanks MP..
Matt has a beautiful pedal board made by Dan from the gig rig. All these pedals are on there. Certainly the delay is i think he had two on there. Nice clear sounding stuff
Yeah, he uses two of them. Years ago he did a rig run down where he explains how he sets both! Basically one is a short delay and the other is a long delay!
Thanks for putting it on the market. I'm using it exactly like Matt is doing in your video. Fantastic pedal. Really make my guitar come alive without having to crank everything.
awesome tones, and Matt is an amazing player! is that blues backing track Matt's playing over at the start and end of this clip by any chance available somewhere online? cheers!
Cheers Lars! Here would be the link to the backing track for anybody to jam over :-) www.dropbox.com/s/94v40igwufmzk6v/Jazz%20blues%20backing%20track.mp3?dl=0 If anybody uses it anywhere online/publicly, please do not forget to give credit for the great players on it: Sami Sallinen: Bass and Organ Kai Jokiaho: Drums Teemu Viinikainen: Guitar

still trying to find a royal blue overdrive in the states. Any chance of someone knowing a dealer that has it in stock and wont put me on a waitlist for months?
I have a MP sweet honey and i love the hell out of it. The Sweet Honey has a large amount of volume boost and can get really sizzling. Unity on it is at 9 o’clock so boost that amp and hit it with volume around 12 and gain about 9 and man it’ll make any amp sing

Matt tells us how the amp sounds without pedals @ 7:08. The amp is already at breakup point, means it has that nice sweet overdriven spot. If you add the pedals it sounds like we hear in this video. Me as a potential buyer of this pedals only use my amp as a clean platform. I will then never get the sound of the pedals like this. I think this video is kinda misleading because of the fact the amp is already @ breakup point. All overdrive pedals will sound better with an overdriven amp. Some people will get disappointed when buying this pedals after hearing this video. I don't talk about the characteristics of the sound (strat + fender amp), but about the overdriven tone.
Sounds like he says the guitar volume is on 7 or 8, not the amp. If he had a 40-watt Pro Reverb on 7 or 8, he wouldn't be able to be in the same room with it, let alone talk at a volume not much different than the amp. My guess is the amp is at about 4, no higher, with clean but slightly edgy sound -- at best. The pedals might still work for you.
This board was built for Matt for his recent tour in Finland. And we have a giveaway going on for the whole board! ua-cam.com/video/gEQaDHjV2wA/v-deo.html
BenBrandt sponsorship I guess. Matt is still using Dan’s pedalboard. I love Matt’s playing and I’m so happy he is using now the Twimble overdrive, one of the best overdrive pedal in my opinion. I bought it a copule of months ago and I have to say Mad Professor is top notch!
aye kindred spirit, careful with pedals...just saw a guy demoin his Kemper profile(s) whatever.. he must have tapped his Kemper on the table with his fingertops a good 15 times during a 3 min song, how on earth does he do that on agig???OMG but I have a ZOOM G2`s delays, shall try the short delay like Matt has, thanks Matt n thanks ZOOM!
These Cats Do Not string up 9"s or 10"s..........enough said................Love Mad Pedals because they are all so quite and built the best Ive ever experienced........ Twimble and Supreme are both winners.........
ok. so the 1st pedal (twimble or what) is useless. Again at 01:59 - even through headphone - nothing significant change. I feel it is not about the music but selling some gadget that we totally do not need. Lets see the next one
You must be tone deaf, it makes a huge difference! It's a slight slapback delay which gives depth and three-dimensionality to the sound, especially in a mix...
mrkite89 yes, I can be tone death. So for me this pedal is useless. Also for ur audience. But of course u must satisfy urself first. I just donneed to take care of one more gadget
In your opinion mixing and mastering are useless activities, because you probably could hear 10% of the subtle differences between "before" and "after", but the SUM of all these little differences is the difference between a s****y amateur job and the professional stuff that, I bet, you like listening to...
Ymel Y I get what you're saying. Matt is showing the pedals as HE uses them. The delay can be set to drastically change the sound for sure. Matt actually keeps 2 Deep Blue delays on his board and the other is set to a longer delay with more repeats.
mrkite89 yes, u maybe right. Nowadays even I have worse listening equipments than 20 years ago I think. I also think that the utube cant give back that quality that he hears when he plays his gear. Actually I usually play just right into a PA which is ok in the pub but when I record it with a smartphone it sounds terrible
Absolute tonal perfection. Awesome sounds by an amazing player.
Many thanks!
The Twimble has become my go to pedal... Absolutely love the tones I get from it! Thank you Mad Professor for one of the greatest pedals EVER!
Thank you, Dave!!
Great sounds! Matt is one of my favorite players.
Hi Shawn.
Love your channel. Very slick and tasteful guitar work.
Kind regards Myles from Melbourne Australia
Thanks so much Myles! Nice to meet you.
Hi Shawn! Yes, Matt is awesome and so are you, cheers!
You're very kind. Thank you.
This guy........ proves that tone is in the fingers...
I can listen to this man solo all day just so much feeling.

Oh yes, Matt is fantastic!
My Twimble arrived in the mail today and I'm absolutely in love with that stompie already! Thanks, Professor.

Absolutely, Matt is killing here as usual, Thanks Chris!

That pro reverb just blows two rocks away.
This has got to be one of the best sounding delay pedals.
Thanks!!
Very late to the Mad Professor party, but I just ordered a Royal Blue. Goodness does he make it sound incredible. Matt is such a gifted player!!
Thanks Chris!!
Chris Dunnam he does make it sound good. He could make my tennis racquet Sou d good
I’ve always ran a delay almost exactly like that since I was 14. Learned that trick from my Dad.
Awesome tone touch and taste.. Saw Matt in Newcastle years ago, he was awesome and nice enough to listen to my drunken rambling..
wow phenomenal sound and talent love it
Cheers, Gady!
Sound incredible.-
Cheers Adrian!
What a player. ✌🏼
Oh yes, Matt is groovy!!
Nice promo, as always your play sounds delicious. Would love to build you an Aspe Guitar some day...
Arwsome tone love this
He is playing the Fender Pro Reverb Amp, Black Face, one of the best amps ever made. ..
That's some serious great playing on some seriously cool pedals!
Thank you!
Fender amp sounds great! Don’t even miss his Two Rock.
Stellar playing, tone and pedals! 😍 Thanks for sharing. We have linked to your vid from our new guitar nerd site. Hope it's ok!
Absolutely! Thank you, highly appreciated!
@@MadProfessorPedals Glad to hear! Summer greetings from Sweden 🌞
Finally caved and got a Royal Blue Overdrive. It's all that I expected it to be. I blame Matt Schofield.
Many thanks for your purchase!
Thanks for putting it on the market. I'm using it exactly like Matt is doing in your video. Fantastic pedal. Really make my guitar come alive without having to crank everything.
Brazen NL Happy that you like it! Cheers!
I would like to blaim him too. Today I ordered a Deep Blue Delay :-)
5:38 that bridge pickup sounds FAT with the Twimble.
Yes, fat sounds from the Twimble to be had, thanks!

Yep, Torpedo Studio w/G12 65 Studio Vintage IR by Ownhammer, Thanks!

One question : Why the word "Pedal" is no written in the subtitles ? Just "___" ? Thank you so much !
Matt Professor ....
Blues Man hahhaahaha
What is the piece you start the demo with called? Thank you.
That was just a in-house recorded backing track that Matt heard the first time when he came over!

Over all guitar sales are down ! Why ?
Good question!

Thats just stupid. Every pedal will sound different with different amp and settings and to get some sounds you need lots of volume and air moving.
Sounds like he says the guitar volume is on 7 or 8, not the amp. I think the amp sounds fairly clean
Maybe just on the edge .and thats were you should have it with a band .
Buying a Twimble to use with my Finnish made FGW Custom Strat.
Thank you Scott!
Sounds sooo insanely much better than the two rocks hes playing
Hey @Mad Professor Pedals can we get the backing track somewhere? Thanks!

Hardly what you could call Independent Advice.😂🤣😂
Your pedals are way too expensive compared to similar pedals.
