mike is finally in a relationship tho, but I do agree that if Jeff feels he is ready he should try solely on his decision and not rely on what Mike says
I felt Jeff’s frustration when he was getting upset with. Everyone always been drunk around him. Being sober around people who are constantly drinking is literally the worst.
It’s not surprising that Mike says he’s not really content in life. Social media biz is fake as hell. Yes you and your team can be real but the nature of the biz is fake and if it’s all you do, you begin to lose yourself. Get out of touch with yourself. You gotta ground yourself somehow. Get away from it all.
So this whole episode is Mike ripping on the dumb red pill? Idk why all these soy boys give so much attention to the red pill like it’s some huge movement hahaha; btw I thought Tate was going to be irrelevant 😂
1. showing up to work drunk 2. admitting to your boss your drunk 3. yelled at your boss 4. texting while your filming aka AT WORK!! like what?? jeff reacted exactly as he should
I love that Jeff stood his ground on this. At the end of the day this is a business and Steven isnt taking it serious. Feels like a friend taking advantage.
Steven is super young, Jeff plucked him from his Thriving Tiktok content because he saw potential in him. He is still young, enjoying life, and enjoying his youth. I understand Jeff is at a point where that doesn't really mesh super well with his goals but the price of having real, genuine people around you is they make mistakes and dumb decisions. Focusing solely on content and treating it like a business is how you end up with a regime like David Dobrik. Steven adds to the content and even though jeff might call him a moron lots of people wouldn't enjoy his content as much without him.
All love, but if everyone is getting paid, it’s a choice to show up/not. Victim mentality is not the way. Jeff has got the heart for these boys and sometimes, lines blur between professionalism and friendship. Can’t show up drunk.. If you need a break, take one Steven. Others would love Steven’s opportunities and spot on the show. Kyle shows up and stays professional- with Steven, I have seen a consistent pattern. Jeff doesn’t need extra stress if he’s providing. Maybe reconsider what Steven wants or what he’s able to show up for?? maybe just the barbershop versus Jefffm?

23:58 Idk if it’s because im high, but this whole last 5 seconds of interaction between steven and mike has me DYINNNNG 😂 Mikes straight faced “no i don’t..” KILLED me
That seems to be what started everything, I’m sure he was kinda drunk but he didn’t seem that bad at all honestly imo at least, just emotional after being put off to the side because they think he’s blacked out or something, showing up and being drunk isn’t good but I feel like Jeff just kind of went to far and had a lot of previous built up tension unless they’ve previously personally talked about no alcohol or drugs during the podcast because plenty of other people have been lit on the podcast before and it was Christmas, I don’t know I get both sides but at the end of the day after watching it over and over and hearing everything I feel like Steven got the shit end of the stick over all, I could see why he would be mad, but yeah I guess they just weren’t on the same wavelength, pretty sad to see happen.
I really respect Mike's perspective on mahogany relationships. They're not for every one and social media has undoubtedly warped the way that we interact with one another (EX: Steven's own perspective that monogamy is dead when in reality he's just living a life that isn't conducive to attracting or maintaining a monogamous relationship, if he even wants one). But when you find your person, there is NOTHING like it. My husband and I have been ride-or-die for each other for over a decade and we're going into our second decade even stronger than the last 💪🏼

Mike's rant about the cops is the realist ish I've heard and the best advice you will ever get. NEVER TALK TO THE POLICE. Know your rights. Follow exactly what he said and you will be okay. I am an animal rights activist with years of civil disobedience experience. Most recent, Bert Kreisher knocked me down during a Netflix Cup protest and no matter what, I kept quiet to the police.
Mike explained it so well when you have a baby it’s literally a switch there’s just nothing you love more then your child and it makes you appreciate your parents even more because now you know how they feel about you.
I used to not be able to stand Mike years ago on Logan Pauls podcast, and I think he is GREAT here. He's grown a lot as a person, seems to be a truly caring person, and the way he wanted to real everybody in to deescalate the situation. I also relate to him so much about life today in the phones and the lower seratonin levels etc. I got rid of my phone 6yrs ago, and it helps majorly, but even still my face is in a screen (but it DOES majorly help, especially if I'm out..reminds me of the 90s). I can honestly say now, I'd 100% be friends with Mike and I truly believe he is a great friend to anybody in his life! Man, I really enjoyed this podcast! I came hear after seeing Steven's recent video that he just posted and I hope he is doing okay. I hope he isn't depressed or lonely and I hope he keeps trying and works harder and believes in himself because he is a funny guy and it's clear he wasn't just drunk, but is also feeling down about life and about himself. I hope he is okay. (Not making excuses for his behavior, just feeling for him.)
Your forgiveness was nice to see Jeff. Your podcast is becoming one of my favourites, feels like watching family at this point. Very enjoyable conversations and personalities.
Bro the segment of Mike going off about our phones being terrible for us sent me into an out of body experience. So spot on and just got glided over. Wow. Respect gained for that spill
I felt for you up for sure she had a bit much too drink, plus nervous, the need to banter, energy, etc etc. At the end of the day everyone from H3 had a blast. You handled the situation very well! Don’t worry about starting with such a huge audience your first few times of doing a live. Ethan and Hila held several before this last one that were way smaller and worked their way up to that theater(: Rich Lux Tha’ House baby, he said you LOOKED perfect with the BEST SKIN and just couldn’t believe how perfect your skin was while meeting you!
46:50 Mike hit the nail on the head. Since i had my son in July, 2021 my whole world has been flipped right side up. He's comes before quite literally anything and anyone. But i do absolutely look at the world differently now. I worry about my son's future.. this world is a beautiful BUT crazy place. I just hope to teach him to be nice and respect everyone, but to not fully trust them. Being a parent isn't for the weak.
As H3 family I gotta say, I think Tana did a great job. I saw her live on the Cancelled tour and she was so funny and sweet with the audience. She was giving the same energy at the Steamies. Anybody giving her a hard time just isn't a Tana fan, but we're out here and we love her stage presence. The H3 fam can be a little too critical sometimes so I hope it didn't get to her too badly. And Jeff absolutely killed it too, y'all were funnier than Ethan. Sending peace and love
My list is as follows: Wife first. Your relationship with your spouse will be the largest impact and foundation for your child and their experiences. If the relationship with your spouse suffers, so does the relationship with your children. Next is child. If your relationship with your child suffers so will your relationship with your spouse. Children learn from their parents and need to see their parents prioritizing 😂 eachother so the child Can have healthy relationships. Also your spouse should be put first because you shouldn’t be undermining the other parent to benefit your relationship with the child. You and your spouse are a team and the child is below y’all on the totem pole, although they are equally important. 3rd is mom. Any good mom knows that at some point their child will move on with their life and prioritize their new family. Any son that is still prioritizing their mom over their spouse constantly has some weird possessive shit going on with their mom. That doesn’t mean, stop talking to mom or not seeing her enough. It means that your mom is always your parents and you and your spouse are a team who should be working together to build a life. While mom is background support.
love your jail advice. got myself in a little trouble last year, still waiting for my court date. but glad i know what i know or it would be a lot worse :) people really need to know this stuff. the cops are not there to help you. rarely.
I never watch really only the times Tana is on. But I did enjoy the topics the other host brought up. I'm always trying to think how my actions or words impact other people and thinking of ways to not being on my phone.
Kind of glad Steven bounced. Hes unprofessional to the point where it impacts the production. It’s messy that he’s texting coworkers mid-show, distracting them from working. Creates a toxic environment. Then claims “when you need me I’m here” like he deserves a cookie for showing up for work - which he’s paid to do. He needs to be brought down a few pegs. He’s not funny enough to justify his diva behavior lol
Lets just remember hes still a human being, a kid and learning. He also reads these comments like we all would so lets just try and understand that we dont know the entire picture and this cant be totally crazy for him to do, im sure he knows the amazing opportunity in front of him i just think theres issues with unforeseen obstacles that are in the way with balancing work and personal life relationships
Disagree. This is not the pod for you if you consider Stephen toxic. Jeff is the boss, Jeff sets the standards, Jeff is the reason Stephen can even act like that. Which we, actual fans, enjoy. The friend group dynamic is key to this show, team Mf Stephen

Explanation of how serotonin neurotransmits and why at times you 'feel higher' than others: neurotransmitters (nerve messenger hormone) travel from whichever gland the specific transmitter is made to its final destination(which is obvi the part of the body it causes reaction in/for. As the transmission happens there has to be enough of said transmitter hormone to reach a certain threshold at the final destination to cause the reaction. It's sort of like a scale, if there isn't enough hormone to tip the scale then the reaction won't happen. At times like you mentioned when you get high, there is only a small amount of neurotransmitter released so the scale only tips a little causing a small reaction. But for instance when you are about to enter a stage with an audience of 10K people a ton of serotonin is released thus largely tipping the scale and causing a huge reaction... Of pure ecstasy and happiness. Plus some neurotransmitter called nor-epinephrine or better known as adrenaline, this hormone helps to amp up the already huge serotonin reaction. Did I explain that ok? Not the best at teaching others, but my brain understands what I mean lol hope that helps. Thanks for all the great content. Really enjoy you all!
MIKE- I appreciate how open you were about the phone addiction. I feel so bad that no one followed you up on that one. I wish I could've been there to affirm your idea. I had an equally dark addiction to my phone. It was strangling my youth. I lost so much time to that device. There are ways, I got a light phone and when I tell you I don't think I'll ever go back I mean that. It's a bit fumbly getting used to the downgraded device but that shit saved my life. The light phone is a bare bones device for only call and text. it takes a long time to actually break up with your smart phone so be patient with yourself. The amount of time you receive... it's incredible. Thank you so much for what you said here Mike, truly meaningful conversation to be had. I think the topic just wasn't approached because of how uncomfortable the subject truly is.

lmfao such a good show
23:58 Idk if it’s because im high, but this whole last 5 seconds of interaction between steven and mike has me DYINNNNG 😂 Mikes straight faced “no i don’t..” KILLED me
That seems to be what started everything, I’m sure he was kinda drunk but he didn’t seem that bad at all honestly imo at least, just emotional after being put off to the side because they think he’s blacked out or something, showing up and being drunk isn’t good but I feel like Jeff just kind of went to far and had a lot of previous built up tension unless they’ve previously personally talked about no alcohol or drugs during the podcast because plenty of other people have been lit on the podcast before and it was Christmas, I don’t know I get both sides but at the end of the day after watching it over and over and hearing everything I feel like Steven got the shit end of the stick over all, I could see why he would be mad, but yeah I guess they just weren’t on the same wavelength, pretty sad to see happen.
My husband and I have been ride-or-die for each other for over a decade and we're going into our second decade even stronger than the last 💪🏼
Mahogany relationships are so old school, people are all about the birch relationships anymore.
@@skarletcharity😂😂
Mike you NEVER fail to show up and show out. Your deep explanations make these episodes + impaulsive worth watching. This is the content we need.
H3 and JeffFM fam. I freaking loved you guys co-hosting. The whole show was amazing. I almost died laughing when you all mentioned you thought the show was only gonna be one hour! 😂💀 Merry Christmas!
Keeping in that argument is what sold me to this show now. Thanks Jeff fm for being the realest 😂
So happy to see Kyle, i really hope he is doing better. Much love to Kyle and his family❤️
I love how jeff always appreciates the h3 crew 💕
Steve:”you know what I mean”
Mike: “I don’t “😂
Mike I'm soooo with you on nothing is satisfying me anymore feeling. I'm feeling that right now pretty intensely. I'm a huge fan of you and Jeff, it might be because I'm a millennial from Providence Rhode Island, you and Jeff just feel so relatable to me. Also, I requested your book in my local library.
H3 Family here as well, and I see why Tana would be upset over all the comments on her in the live show, but Jeff there is soooo much love for you on all platforms. Please don’t pay attention to the couple of haters. As Humans, we tend to focus on few negatives over the thousands of positives and there is so much more love for you than hate. Love you guys! 🫶🏼🥰
This was my favorite episode everything flowed so well & loved that you guys kept the fight but glad Steven and Jeff made up at the end. So proud of everyone on the team 2024 is gonna be a big year for JEFFFM 🎉
“queen rich lux, GURL, she killed it, f*ckin sick” 😂😂😂😂
Steven: I’m done I’m done
Mike: 🤪 he’s just a kid Jeff
The Steamys was awesome, Tana backlash was overblown twitter/reddit bs. Jeff you gotta go back next year and take Tana with you!
So this whole episode is Mike ripping on the dumb red pill? Idk why all these soy boys give so much attention to the red pill like it’s some huge movement hahaha; btw I thought Tate was going to be irrelevant 😂😊
Thats just h3 audience
@@theoutsiderjess1869 i am a huge H3 fan i love their shows nd always get a laugh but our audience has this reputation of being extremely online easily offended twitter mob but i swear those are just the loud vocal ones with a lot of time on their hands and their perspective usually gets blown out of proportion in my oponion most of us are chill and just watch the show for fun
Mike was a real one here, i dont watch impaulsive anymore but he is great on here.
second that
The lost me when they hired George, never went back.
Mike, I don't think you have ever said one thing that I didn't agree with. Hm. And hey, you're a great mental health advocate too, crime cast.
Not Steven literally drunkenly acting like he’s doing Jeff a favor by being there drunk lmao
Right?!?
LOL the whole fight & Mike is there confused like “is this a bit” 😂😂 me the entire time wondering the same thing
Mike hasn’t mentioned how he things the Jeff fm audience is one of the best in awhile and I’m hurt
wow first jeff fm episode I watch and the girls are fighting ahhhh. Mike asking if it was a bit and Jeff's genuine reply..
Steven I climb ladders for a living hanging gutters. Fell off a roof couple months ago, ripped my sack open over extending my legs nd landed flat on my back landing on my tape measure on my spine, concussed so bad I was vommitting for 2 days. Also January is my 2 yr sober so I had to tough all that out. U got it easy
Didn’t realize that this what the pain Olympics here buddy. Everybody deals with shit, sometimes it takes trial error to fix your problems. Get the fuck off this channel if you wanna behave that way.
totally agree with Jeff. really have not liked the pod bc a conversation can't last a minute before getting side tracked by Steven or others.
The “take 5” has been killing me 💀💀💀
Mike explained it so well when you have a baby it’s literally a switch there’s just nothing you love more then your child and it makes you appreciate your parents even more because now you know how they feel about you.
I love when Mike gets into his deep talks
God, I appreciate the authenticity of this show.
I really appreciate mike’s advocacy and level headedness a lot. I aspire to be the same way with as much grace
Jeff should talk to Ethan about how to vet a mature serious crew that even when they’re drunk they’re professionally aware
Jefffm is the best podcast on youtube. I love how he isnt like all the LA youtubers. He's very New York and its great.
The phone conversation was so real and I'm glad it was kept in
46:50 Mike hit the nail on the head.
Jeff, making strong choices in eliminating the nonsense! I respect that.
The music behind the fighting is everything
My list is as follows:
Wife first.
While mom is background support.
love your jail advice. got myself in a little trouble last year, still waiting for my court date. but glad i know what i know or it would be a lot worse :) people really need to know this stuff. the cops are not there to help you. rarely.
The conversations you guys had this podcast were so real. Thank you for making informative content we appreciate you guys
Tension at all time high, Jeff: “What’s new in the news?” 😂😂
I've really grown to like Mike, actually just a genuine dude
I never watch really only the times Tana is on. But I did enjoy the topics the other host brought up. I'm always trying to think how my actions or words impact other people and thinking of ways to not being on my phone.
Tana exposing Jeff as a “no-show sock girlie” 😭😭
Jeff, Tana, and Mike are my fave trio in life
Kind of glad Steven bounced.
@Mike-my9gxwell your brain finishes developing around 27 so say whatever you want about a 21 year old being an adult cause they can what, vote? Drink? Consent? Right, psychology doesn’t quite agree at all here. Jeff and mike have the only fully developed brains in the room take it up with them. Stephen slander is so old
Steven is a kid who's not considered typically handsome living in LA.. he is a kid. And picking on kids like him are what creates red pill content js
@@ckfio20422bro lmfao youre bringing science into it when theres lots of 21 year olds that DONT have an alcohol problem or disrespecting their boss at work. Just because your brain isnt fully developed doesn't excuse you from criticism or consequences
Honestly Mike is such a good person, people hate on him for his Logan Paul connection but he really is a great guy.
the Mike, Kyle, and Oscar segment was actually so good. exactly what i needed. Love the podcast. Happy New Year
I love when Mike is on. He adds so much
Explanation of how serotonin neurotransmits and why at times you 'feel higher' than others: neurotransmitters (nerve messenger hormone) travel from whichever gland the specific transmitter is made to its final destination(which is obvi the part of the body it causes reaction in/for. Really enjoy you all!
also thank you for caring about your content quality and actually being so hardworking and diligent with the pod you motivate me erryday
Jeff keeping it truthful is the reason I relate to him on many levels, respect!
MIKE-
I appreciate how open you were about the phone addiction.
Thank you for posting even on Xmas! We appreciate it
Yea, thanks Kyle!❤️
The right relationship won’t feel “time consuming”
