How to Make a Metal Spinning Blank Chuck

This video shows how I make a blank chuck (or form) to be used in metal spinning. I use readily available oak boards that I laminated together. The video shows the drilling, threading, and lathe turning of the chuck into a cylinder to be further shaped based on the particular spinning project.
