Hi Jaclyn! I know Unsolicited advice can sometimes being annoying and i'm sure you get a ton of it.. But if you truly want to balance your hormones, PLEASE eat breakfast within an hour of waking up and definietly before drinking coffee and working out. Your body and hormones will thank you!!
