If u add the tomatoe puree to the onions (before the tamatoes) and cook for half a minute it make the dish taste better and not as bitter I find. Just a tip😁

My husband and I have been enjoying the show Alone recently. It's a survivalist show where there's 10 participants who spend 100 days in the wild alone with only a handful of survival tools
Oh also I struggle with sleep as well, my husband is the same as Sam, he passes out right away. But something that helps me (I can't take melatonin, it makes me nauseas), I get the drink mix from the brand Calm, it's a magnesium mix that helps you feel relaxed. It's also known to help with anxiety in general. I get the big container from Costco but you can get it at like Walgreens/CVS and I think most other larger stores carry it as well, like Target and Walmart
