This track has been played in every scene that played a key role in bringing about anxiety, fear, grief and anguish to both the characters and the audience. It all starts small, starts quiet, eventually it snowballs into great terror, leaving behind a solemn, grim trail. The title really captured what this track meant for the scenes it played for in the anime. This song will always pluck the sad, complicated feelings I felt for when I watched Gankutsuou, even if I may have forgotten the scenes, just like a Pavlov's Refrain.

Before Isador was being tempted to take the Maledictum for himself and use it's power for the good of the emperor.
It was heavily censored I remember lol....and that still didn't manage the dampen down the absolute storm of emotions this made me feel.... I'll probably re-watch it in full in winter's break

@@Ayanokoji1 yeah true growth is figuring out that Arabic dubs were just watered down versions to suit the delicate taste of the idiots runing the channels.... It's quite liberating watching the full version and appreciating the full beauty of so many good shows, and the censorship obviously failed because now as weebs we're way more open minded that what was intended x)
