@@Bella_shi hello. Sorry, i did not see your question. I'm sure it's too late by now, but I removed the fabric from the metal and plastic and got it dry cleaned. Not sure if this is recommended, but it worked for us.

after all this time that you have it, are the materials washable? with brush and soap, washmachine... ?
nice video too, well shown from open the bag til close the bag, instal-uninstal.
You can take the fabric off the poles just undo the zips then slide the poles out. There is a bit of plastic at the bottom/side where you can undo the Velcro and slide it out. Remember to machine wash on a delicate setting. Thanks for watching.
I'm using my next2me crib for my 2nd, bought a new mattress and didn't keep the old. Question I have - did the original mattress have a hard plastic base or anything or is it just soft? Having re-assembled the crib it surprises me that it's just mattress onto poles.

Someone else said keep the mdf board from the old mattress and transfer/put at bottom of new mattress!

Be nice if you mentioned the pole that connect to both legs at the bottom first. Had to take it all apart again to put that in 👍🏽🤌🏽
Hi, if you mean by the base frame that connects both legs , this is shown at the beginning of the video.
this has been little help when putting away because it’s not easy to unpin to take apart structure
I want to get this, but I’m wondering if (when it’s packed up for travel), would it fit into a large suitcase so I can travel with it overseas?
Hi , thanks for watching. Once packed away in the bag provided it is actually wide as a large suit case so we doubt it will fit in a suitcase. But the carry case provided can be used for travel.

Do I keep the cardboard piece under the mattress?
Thanks for watching. Yes you will have to in order to keep the mattress flat and firm or it will just rest on the bars underneath which will not be very comfortable.

Help! I’ve tried pressing the buttons on both sides and it’s not budging..

We used the end of a pen in the end, we just couldn’t get the buttons to push all the way in with thumbs alone!

One of my legs won't clip into place meaning it can only be used at the lowest setting. Anyone else had this problem
Have you tried turning the cot around. We had this problem and flipping it worked

Has anyone figured out where this can be purchased? I want this exact one and I can’t find it anywhere. The only one I’ve found that is similar doesn’t have the zipper side and that’s the most important part to me! Please help!

It's sold in baby r us and buy buy baby. The only difference is the stand. The feet on the co sleeper is different than this one. I like this version better but I think I might still get the other version seeing that it seems to be the only one available in the US.
