The truth is always simple and painful for those who are not ready to hear it. Here Sadhguru is extremely skilled, and he talks about many things but in a gentle way. People keep saying they want to radically change themselves, when in fact they want to change others according to their needs. EGO is so pumped up by the media to the environment in which we live that it just wants to familiarize itself with spiritual methods so that they can protect self from serious change!! Sadhguru said enough for those who really want to jump into ABYSS and to free themselves from the burden they carry in fear of losing their visions, from the loss of their identity mask they wear by pretending to be something more than others.. However, spiritual renewal is a total reset, starting over without the old memory we have built. And for this most are not ready, they just want to improve the quality of the self-image they have built. People become aware that their lives are a failure only when they get sick, or have a huge breakdown. Until then, they buy time and think that they'll get away with no consequences. No, we don't have time to pretend and lie to ourselves anymore. Understand that no one will save you if you don't do something yourself, at least for starters stop lying to yourself. We all achieve personal goals when we do, it brings happiness. But it may be temporary. The reason for this is that once full we didn't expand beyond ourselves and touch other lives. When we do this it not only expands on us. It expands to others. Therefore it gives us gratification. Like water in a vessel. If you keep it in your own vessel. It only works for you. When you share that it. It works for others as well. When you expand beyond yourself it brings joy to you and others to. Thank you so much for being who you are. Sadhguru mostly talks deep common sense... Any intelligent observant person can see that all of Sadhguru's talk is basically and essentially the derived wisdom of refined common sense applied to things and situations around us. Deep within our hearts, we all know all these things, but we are confused because .... somehow we assume that there may be some mysterious formulation of the secret to happiness, joy etc... There is none whatsoever.. Everybody lives life facing same uncertainties, same aspirations of finding some magic wand... Once we realise that there is no such magic formula, all the worry vanishes.. And there is sudden enlightenment... There is sudden dawn of the inner joy ........ The real secret is that there is no secret... That the mystery is out in the open for all of us...
