Hello, Victory One Central is an old project launched in 2013 that suffered financial issues and couldn't be completed in its proposed extended timeline also(31/12/2020). As per RERA, there have been 43 complaints about the developer, out of which 39 are related to this project. Since this is an old project, construction quality might not be great, as compared to other newly launched projects being built with mivan shuttering. Even on RERA, their complete documents are not available which would've helped give clarity about multiple layouts of open areas, parking, etc. Hope we could help in giving an idea about this as an investment.
