To make the green juice recipe for this KALE YEAH shot, you only need 4 simple ingredients:
1 BUNCH OF ORGANIC GREEN LEAFY KALE
1 ORGANIC LIME (small)
2 LARGE ORGANIC GRANNY SMITH APPLES (or 3 small ones)
PIECE OF ORGANIC GINGER (increase size/amount for more spicy kick)
And for a variation and a little thicker consistency, once your juice is finished, add to a blender with:
One small avocado (or ½ large one)
Ice (about 1 cup)
