did you see the rodent (large mouse) in the "wine cellar"? I have done a lot or renovations in my lifetime....but this is a different level. Price adjust for an extra 50% cost overrun here.

That is a MAJOR rebuild! Dealing with the water problem in the downstairs alone would be huge.❤️🤗🐝
