Used to fish Tombigbee years ago out of Boligee/Northport Al. Loved the river and the deer hunting. Friend of my Dad owed 80 acres on the river. In Texas now ready to get back to Alabama soon.
Yes! Come on back! I grew up fishing the Tombigbee too, mostly in Mississippi. To me it is the best fishery around this area, including the hunting too. Thank you for watching!
Looked like a good day of crappie fishing to me, I caught my first fish of the year on Monday, crappies, perch and bluegills we like eating all of these species so they all go into the fish basket. I liked the way you guys fished up against the bank with your jigs that is something I don’t use much I mostly use minnows and spikes on a wet fly , thanks for sharing and take care
Beautiful scenery 👍🤩 Love the background music and voice overs as well!!😊😁 Y’all caught some great crappies and that bass was a nice 1 too.what a pretty knife and great demonstration of how you used it!Hope to see more of Y’all enjoying the great outdoors 👌😉😁👍 God Bless Y’all 🙏😇❤️🇺🇸

Thank you Don! We usually have a few minnows to use on the jigs too. That may have worked better. It sure is exciting to see that bobber go down!

Yes, the weather is definitely getting more favorable every day, making it nice to be out on the water! Thank you for the nice comments as always!❤️
Good tip for using a knife for other use and also barometer information. Great day of fishing. 👍🎣
Yes, I don’t go fishing without that knife! Also, the fishing barometer amazes me how accurate that it predicts the bite!
The first knife I ever bought was just like yours!! $1.98 in the mid-seventies. Still have it somewhere, lol
Wow! Do you still have it?
Somewhere. I'd have to look. But I never throw stuff away!!

The water temp was 60-61 degrees that day. It was the end of February 2024. Thank you for watching!
