Great presentation! I would mention that if an applicant has a question relating to the specifics of their application once they have access to their AIS portal, they can post the questions from the Contact Us tab and a member of the processing team will answer it directly. Otherwise, Aggie One Stop is happy to help with calls and emails for admission questions.

How does major placement work for auto-admits to A&M? For example, only majors (or most) in COLA are automatic for UT auto-admits.

My son is an in-state student who transfered from Korea when he was in the middle of his 10th grade. So he couldn't have any AP classes till 10th grade. Despite struggling by choosing 6 AP classes in his 11th grade, his WGPA is still only 4.14 (UWGPA is 3.84). He got all scores 5 in 6 AP exams. His SAT and ACT score are 1570 and 36. He has applied to the architecture of Texas A&M. His class rank is just around 25 percentile because his high school is so competitive. He is a naitonal merit semifinalist and waiting for the finalist result. I would like to know if he can get any chance to get into Texas A&M Architecture. Thank you.
