It was the start cycle, I was recommended to look at it by others, and having compared it to the others I went with it, and he tweaked the files for me so I could have the active breaking, which means only the 33’s don’t have it, and with a shunting layout, having brakes it’s a must for controlling the stops
Thanks for sharing this mate. I find it so frustrating that Heljan can't adopt NMRA rules for wiring colours - it would make it so much easier. As a result of your video I will be more confident when fitting my own 50 in due course... Mark
Congratulations! I think this might be the first real time demonstration of wiring dcc to Heljan O gauge. Most helpful. Still a major faff though....
It is a faff, and I have also the class 60 and 33 on here too
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐model😎. I've got class 50149 'Defiance' Railfreight General
They are very nice
Cracking video Ian, can I ask what influenced your choice to go with Coastal dcc sound and not your usual suppliers.

Hi , what size speaker did you use , where did you buy it ? Thanks
From memory it’s an EM2 bought from Coastal DCC when I bought the chip
Looks like a round speaker , the em2 is a rectangular speak ?

Well, the lights...what a nightmare, but all will be revealed when I can download the video
Really useful video. Mind if I ask what make/type of speaker you used?
