Thank you so much I just bought myself one. I as well do not use a microwave. Did you clean it before you used it? I was just looking at the directions and I do not see anywhere that says you have to.
I just bought one. Realized after reading directions, that the crumb tray slides in from under the door on the outside. It also says not to cover in foil because it will cause oven to overheat. I haven’t used mine yet but am excited to try.
I noticed you put aluminum on the bottom tray when you were doing your potatoes and chicken wings the instructions say don't do that because it'll increase the Heat what do you think about that?
Never mind I just saw your other question and the other reply was no problem so far that you have received by putting aluminum on the pan on the bottom of your cooking. So so far so good you enjoy the machine?
Looks like your fries and chicken wings turned out spot on and I don't care if they have that oily deep fry flavor. I was really hoping that you would show on your video putting the fryer together with the crumb tray and pans. The crumb tray seems to take up the bottom slot of the oven fryer which only leaves two other slots. My small pan needs to sit on top of the Shelf because it is not large enough to utilize one of the slots. Am I missing something? Mine is a small pan but it seems that yours fits into a slot so therefore would be bigger? Mine is a different size than the shelves or the basket it is meant to sit upon. I think it's unfortunate that the crumb tray needs its own slot or they should have put one more slot into the oven to provide more space. I covered my small drip pan or cooking pan depending on how you use it, with aluminum foil and it did not mess up the cooking at all. I want to be able to cook bacon and have it drip onto the aluminum foil which is covering the pan so it doesn't get the whole oven dirty and greasy.
I can put the pan or the fry basket on either shelf. I wish there were more options as far as levels went. Hmm I have not made bacon in my oven- I would imagine the oil would splatter all across the top (which is a pain to clean btw). We do cook a lot of chicken with skin on and the top of the oven is always in need of a good wipe down!
I hope this helps- I went to the Black and Decker website and shortened the URL to the page for this oven. If you scroll down a little little you will see the manual link- you can download the manual to your phone or computer in PDF and keep it for later :): shorturl.at/ixIN1
I bought this air fryer today . What is the mistake you did and what you corrected ?? Regarding air fryer setting , how do we protect the coil from oil dripping from the air fry basket. ?
I made the mistake of not reading the manual and using their suggested cook temp/times for the french fries and wings.... Once I followed their recommendations the food came out nice and crispy!
No, it’s actually a very quiet oven. I am posting a full review tonight or tomorrow. The loudest thing on this is the starting and ending beeps that it makes.
Sorry that was supposed to have read where can I buy this model at you said you put a log down below but I couldn't find it I want the one with the digital like you have sorry about all the confusion
You would put them on the pan provided and follow the baking instructions. This is like a small oven so it is about the same. Depending on sea level your times may vary. I find this cooks a little quicker here in Florida. Not sure if it has to do with humidity or the fact that the heat is contained in such a small place. I would suggest putting the rack on the top level because the lower groove is so close to the bottom coils (unless you like them extra crispy...) sometimes I go half time uppper groove and half on lower.
The longer I own this the more I love it!!! It has totally replaced my toaster and I only use the full size oven like once a month now! I did an update where I list the pros and cons.
Someone suggested rubbing a paste of either cream of tartar, or baking soda on. I used the baking soda.... let it sit for a bit then used a scrubber! Worked for me :)
Since my last comment I've been putting aluminum foil sometimes double on the basket tray. That works perfect four Burgers chicken steak. I double layer aluminum on the basket tray and that's my go-to oven. It just rocks. Oh one more thing nothing wakes up cold french fries 10-minute airfryer and you're rocking and rolling. I rest my case.
Yes it is so good for reheating French fries. I love putting chicken fingers in this as well. I haven’t tried putting aluminum foil on the basket tray because I like the air flow. I prefer using the basket on the level above and the pan on the level right below.
@@TheCriticalVirgo I only use the double aluminum foil burgers and breaded chicken so it does not go into the burners otherwise the basket like you say you need the flow through experience.
Thank you for this video unboxing of this appliance. I currently own the convection versions of this appliance that is also Black and Decker. Your kitchen is beautiful 🤩 Blessings 30,000 Fold 🙏🏾😇 #newsubscriber
The video is super good- helpful 😋👍My only question is are you married and if not are you anywhere near Va?! Lol. Interested subscriber here. Not a troll I assure you. Thanks...
You sound pretty critical yourself. Glad you enjoyed my video- p.s.- the website doesn't tell you the side the cord comes out from... and no one else has reviewed this model, so I thought the information would be helpful. Now you and everyone else knows what side the cord comes out from so you all can make an informed decision. YOU'RE WELCOME... :)

I use foil on the crumb tray and I haven’t had any issues. I hope you really enjoy your oven as much as I have. 😁

Still going good with the aluminum :). Yes, so far so good!! This thing has almost fully replaced my full size oven!

Did you purchase any accessories for the toaster oven?
YES! I got a bunch of small personal pizza pans, a few casserole dishes that I use all the time. I love this thing
Very confused I cannot find the link where to buy this woman at
Hi is the fan on this loud ?
No, it’s actually a very quiet oven. I am posting a full review tonight or tomorrow. The loudest thing on this is the starting and ending beeps that it makes.
Wish you'd put a link to the buying of this Black & Decker has probably five or six different kinds
Done. I added to info bar below 😁

TheCriticalVirgo thanks
Does it actually work as Microwave in the REHEAT function?
This will not reheat food at the same speed as a microwave. Think of this more like a very small oven.
I actually just bought this same one today. This will be my first time with one of these as well.
How is it working for you? I planned on getting this @ Big Lots?
The longer I own this the more I love it!!! It has totally replaced my toaster and I only use the full size oven like once a month now! I did an update where I list the pros and cons.
what can I use to clean the resistance bars? there are all covered black haha

does it has bad smell coming out when using it?
The first time you turn it on it may have a slight odor but it should not smell bad
Thank you very much
I didn't see or hear the model number.

👍👍
Happy Wednesday..blessings and much love..😘😘
I see you used foil on the bottom which the instructions say don’t do. Did that cause any over heating as I think I would use it also?
No issues with the foil here!
It’s very quiet like no fans
Super quiet! you can hear a sample in my other video.
LOVE THIS! First off you are absolutely beautiful! Like the natural beauty on 100! Also thank you for this video :) it has helped me ALOT!
