I have the Sabatti Tactical EVO in 6.5 CM. Sabatti's claim of better velocity from the MRR I didn't see and I also don't find it easier to clean then any of my other rifles. The gun definitely shoots very well and I like the 60 degree bolt throw. One thing I was extremely disappointed with was the trigger guard. The back action screw hole broke and I realized it's made from pot metal. Like you said, dealing with the factory is difficult! I contacted Sabatti to see if they i could get a replacement guard, seeing how it broke when I was disassembling to clean, and it took them approximately a month to respond. Then they wouldn't cover the part thru the warranty, but I could buy a new one for $120, but I would have to convert my payment to euros. So I fixed it myself. Now I don't shoot competition, but I just like bench shooting for fun. I have gotten some great groups with it and it is capable of very good accuracy, but because of where it's manufactured and the difficulties with getting parts, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

@@stevenclark7070 That's sad, that they fall short. They are losing out on a huge market in North America.

I couldn't agree more. They do very well in Europe. I think their hunting rifles are the big draw. Could be because of the trade regulations of the United States that keeps them from being better known here. They are well built, but they could up their game by using better components and work on their customer service here in the states.

I own two Sabbatti rifles right now. Both Rover tactical models. One in 300 Win Mag and the other in 223 Remington. Both eject brass at one o’clock. So you have to have high rings. Other wise brass hits scope windage turret. Brass wasn’t ejecting all the time. Really hard to tell. Until I saw brass marks on the turret. Even has a few marks on the one piece scope mount. Also you can’t raise the cheek riser too high. Other wise you will hit the it while cycling the bolt. New models have a cut out. Had a Sabatti EVO in 6.5 CM. Great rifle. But if you pulled down on the magazine. Or push up on it. It didn’t work. Bought a MDT AI polymer magazine. It wouldn’t fit. Bought a Magpul magazine. And was really tight. And had problems as well. The Sabbatti factory magazine worked best. But not available in the US. I sold it. The Rover in 223 Remington has a factory magazine that is only three rounds. A spare cost $90. Which I purchased one. All ways wanted another. Call the importer and they said they didn’t have any. When they auctioned off their inventory they had some that they sold. I was lucky enough to see them for sale for $25 each on auction site. Seller told me he had bought a punch of their parts at the importers auction. I purchased two since they are a discounted rare item. You actually have to fit them. Round hole in the back. And you use a round fine file. Take a few swipes. Then test fit. Made out of polymer. Did talk to the importer. They offer me some brand new older rifles at a large discount. Because they had cut the firing pins so they could display them at trade shows. They said they contacted Sabatti for new ones. But they were told sorry. Too busy to make replacements for them. I like the two I have. But won’t be buying anymore. Terrible factory support. And poor quality control. Congratulations on yours. It looks great.

I have the same rifle of the vídeo. Shoots very well, it likes bullet far from the lands. I also have a EVO in 300 win mag. The EVO had rust in the chamber, i had to polish it. Don’t know why, but the Bolt it’s not ejecting the cases.
Otherwise i’m very satisfied with both rifles. Greetings from Brazil 🇧🇷

Puoi provare anche le NOSLER RDF 175 Gr e polvere N140 dose di 40,5 grani. Nella mia TLD vanno benissimo intorno ai 770-780 m/s. Buon divertimento!
