He’s where he belongs
It's remarkable that whenever a judge makes a mistake, more often than not it is in favour of the criminal. They are never held accountable for it. A judge should not be getting sentencing guidelines wrong as he did with Belfield, especially as he had six weeks between the guilty verdict and sentencing to work it out.
Just imagine being a victim going through the court process, only to hear later that the criminal received a reduced sentence on a technicality. Shocking.
Why didn’t anyone give the judge advice before ? Anyways I think he’ll be back inside with a few months

Wonder if AB still thinks that being in prison is like being on a cruise ship? I can see him ending up back in prison due to breaking the conditions of his licence within a month or two of being released
Ive aways said working on board a ship is like a prison sentence with the added advantage that you might just drown. Ive also worked on a passenger boat, its 12 hours day plus of hard graft, 7 days a week for 3 months.

@@retroonhisbikes I get seasick on The Mersey Ferry so I'd be no good working away at sea. AB wouldn't be able to resist trying to contact people he shouldn't. Or able to resist a google search or 10
Belfield is a truly chilling individual who has caused a great deal of fear and distress to many people. He has a deep flaw in his personality and I for one fear that when he gets out he will find even more clandestine and evil methods to harm people. He is a very disturbing person and I believe he could be dangerous. I worry about what he will get up to once he is released. All updates on this creature are welcomed. Thanks Andrew. 😁
We are find out new stuff every day. He trolled many a radio station and its presenters too

I only filed 2/11 but getting my 3rd one tomorrow against a woman. Notified the courts about a group of 14 at some point and had to withdraw as I was openly harassed in court. It stopped that group but then had other incidents again. It is relentless.
It doesn't matter real stalkers get away all the time.
I got a tumor now over being ignored and blamed instead so I'm filing now every time someone causes me distress.
Lost +5k jobs as a result of sickos like that in just one year.
In the UK I'd get stalked every day.

All Alex did was phone up a couple of radio shows and then ended up with a criminal record. Can't wait until he comes back to local radio or better still his original UA-cam channel.

The authorities will be watching him like a hawk with a telescope when he gets out, he thinks he's so clever and smarter than everyone else, well he ain't, the only thing he's good at is stalking, and not very good at getting away with it. I hope Vine and Percival rinse him dry so he's back on Universal Credit.
That tv doctor lost his house, Katie Hopkins lost her house, Alex belfield will loose his house and will have to take the £300,000 + out of champagne sippers.

I hate people on here that are one trick ponies and offer nothing new or of worth.
But that’s just my opinion for what it’s worth.
You say something when it’s worth saying.
I do believe wall to wall video saying the same things and repeating mantras and slogans is the same as stalking.
Don’t always agree with people but you have balance and perspective.

He pumped out a false narrative that harmed cyclists for no reason other than to get views. He also made fun of disabled children, he made fun of the mentally ill. The man told lies and gas lighted his followers. He conned people out of money, He used his followers as a weapon. The list goes on.

This man is a classic criminal in saying "Oh it wasn't me. I've never met her before. " I hope he ends up on the dole when he's released. People who defend him are hypocritical because they wouldn't tolerate a stalking weirdo following themselves around in person or online.
