Exactly 💯 and a narcissist fooled me like no one has ever. I do forgive but I never forget. I do not have mercy after my trust has been broken.
As someone who recently went supernova and essentially exiled two former “friends” for their betrayal of my trust, I can confirm that this is 100% accurate. And I have no intention of ever letting them back into my life regardless of what they try to do to make it up to me. Betrayal hurts when it comes from someone you once held close. So why should I let them back in?

You are right. I let them back in my life 6 years ago after going no contact for 25 years. They veiled thrmselves for 3 1/2 years. Now they being vicious again.
But I now see why I was sent back by higher powers. To see why I had to leave and stay gone all those years. Just over the last 3 months I went back and joined them for holidays after cleansing and praying mightily.
They all inadvertently let their make slip. I could see everything and how evil they really are BUT worse they will NEVER change and they are attached to it like moths to flames.
I've spoken very little to them except by text. I will NOT be drawn into their evil. I'll let it consume itself while I rise higher and higher from within.

Claiming to be a super empath is narcissistic and grandiose and if someone is claiming they are it is due to their impaired reality testing and they are indeed mentally ill. I watched a lot of this type of videos and they are always run by self-styled experts with no academic degrees or any articles submitted on the topic of narcissism. It just caters to some people because everyone wants to feel unique in this day and age and having a delusional superpower is very appealing but it is just magical thinking. Narcissists dont actually look for super empaths everyone will do as long as you can give them supply. People dont want the truth they would rather listen to non-academic blabber and nonsense to cope. Instead type Sam Vaknin and learn about what narcissistic personality disorder really is and according to him there is no such term in psychology. It is just a claim to be unique. There are no studies on the topic of empaths and it is not so simple to just cast this whole thing as a very basic narrative of a fight of good vs evil. Empaths vs narcissists it is way more complicated than that. Narcissists actually believe they are super empaths or supernova empaths and in their grandiosity they have the right to bully other people and should be treated with extra care. Just look at the comments section it is an echo chamber of conformity bias of people who are really delusional, have no self-awareness and base their opinions on a 10 minute video. This topic is so vast and complicated you cant just explain it with bulshit watch the video Empathy: It is about You, not the other person. To understand the sickness of the narcissist you have to go deep and watch at least a few of the videos on his channel. Every other expert with some minor exceptions are either not qualifed to talk on this topic and just founded a gold mine of suckers to exploit or have some psychology degree but are not experts on narcissism. There are spiritual gurus, life coaches, psychologists all trying to get rich. People would do anything to engage in every defense mechanism just to cope with life but if u really want to claim victimhood and uniqueness( grandiosity) it is a sign of being narcissistic not empathetic.
How can one come back from a betrayal when the narc has destroyed all trust?
Only time will help you heal, we just need to find the strength and forgive ourselves since we can blame us for falling into the trap even though we can have a lot of intuition. Let go of the past and live the best life you can, spend time with family and friends, learn a new hobby. God bless you

How do people become a super empath?
They dont it is just a claim to uniqueness and grandiosity. Coupled with impaired reality testing and magical thinking it is what covert narcissists really believe their false self really is. Empaths are narcissists in disguise. To be an empath or at least claim to be you have to be seriously narcissistic in the first place and have impaired reality testing. They believe they have some kind of superpower but there are no terms of such kind in psychology and there are no studies on the topic of empaths. Narcissists do that all the time they dont remember like 90% of their life so they confabulate and fabricate fill in the gaps in their memory and then they believe their own lies so they dont really gaslight anyone theye are simply mentally ill.
