Udyapana Procedure:
Tantra 1: Mentioned in Bhairava Tantrasara
- Take square shaped black colored paper or peeple tree leaf.
- If writing on black paper, then use white ink. If writing on leaf, then grind coal and use the powdered coal to write the yantra.
- Write as shown in the figure.
- Write the yantra on amavasya or poornima midnight.
- Do puja, archane with bhasma and chant the mantra for 108 times.

OM BHOOTANAATHAAYA BHOOTABHAADHAA NIVAARANAM
KURU KURU SWAAHA
- Perform agarbatti arathi, deepa arathi.
- Keep the energized leaf under the patient's bed or take out iLi for 21 times and leave the yantra in flowing river.
- This tantra can be performed in the bank of the river.
- Collect the bhasma in a box. Apply all over the body and give the patient holy river bath.
- Perform the tantra till the patient gets relief.
- Once the patient feels better, the patient should circumambulate to Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Temple or Sri Anjaneyaswamy temple for 108 rounds.
