You can play as Raider in practice mode. You go to practice mode, change your priority to Raider and make sure there is no Raider Bot. When you load up you'll get to pick your Raider and there you go. There's no Survivors to fight/absorb though, only Civilains.
Yeah honestly having to ask the Jarl to join me in a practice each time is a pain. I wish there were survivor bots so I could properly practice as a Raider instead of flying around alone without any survivors to actually practice on. Only civilians
I hate that i suck at being raider and would love to have more practice, but unfortunately i can only get my chance to play as raider after a gazillion matches, or about an hour Also, i wish the worst for players who intentionally throw, leave games just to be raider more often

Ive seen raiders at level 70... How do these people get their levels so high as raider? It takes like 7 matches as a survivor before you get a raider... Do they just play for over 15 hours a day? Even then I feel like you wouldn't get raider enough times to get to that level...
Four points of contention. 1. You didn't mention Raider evasives at all. Cell's Afterimage, Frieza's Break Strike, and Buu's Angry Shout break ANY stun, be it hitstun or from an ability like the shoe, Solar Flare, or traps. Cancel Cell's Afterimage with a dodge unless you're using it to stall or chase. 2. If vending machines are around, blow them up with your ki blast! Vehicles too. Don't be afraid to break boxes if it doesn't waste time either to deny survivors coin drops. 3. Opening boxes in your search path can net you a Dragon Radar or Civilian Radar to assist in your search. 4. By using the Hide button, you can suppress your ki and make it MUCH harder for the survivors to know you're coming, especially if they don't run On Guard or High Alert.
Great tips, but the goal wasn't to go through every single possibility. Don't want the run-time/tips to be overwhelming, let alone leave content for the next video.
Probably in your panic you didn't see you could. but when you found an match and you are chosen to be the raider you can then, before readying up choose from the 3 raiders. On pc you can just click on the one you want. Don't know how that works on console

At this point in my plays, I need to worry about survivors having RNG works in their favor. I can kill, in fact I can easily kill a lvl 4, with their supports as everyone starts to wail on me.... BUT THE THING IS, They are rushing those points. They've gotten good at wasting my time it seems, and that leads to a raider death.
I struggle when i play raider and the time machine is up because i take too much pressure from survivors do you have any tips about the end game as raider ?
While you shouldn't camp *too hard*, going into the super time machine with all 7 survivors up can make it hard to win even as a level 3. Try to make sure you're only going in with 4-5 max.
Your defensive abilities will shake them off, then get some distance. Then use your beams and ranged specials. You're going to lose most/all melee matchups against 2+ survivors unless you're level 4 or Super Buu. Survivors run out of dragon charge very fast while taking damage, so even multiple level 3s can be taken out if you're defensive. Now if you're a level 2 cell, the time machine down, and 3/4+ level 3s are coming your way, you've already lost, so don't let that happen.
It would be helpful to be able to play as a raider in practice mode.
Agreed, strange that we get to practice survivor but not raider. I guess with a custom game and a friend you could, but it might be a bit incovenient.
