    Howdy! Excellant tutorial. I have personally been looking at these for a few years. Have you had any issues with Whiteducks customer service? Reviews are either really excellent oe completely poor. What was the height of the cot utilized in this 8' bell tent? You also had mentioned it being hot in the tent during the end of your video, with the doors and 3 windows open, does it dtay comfortable or does it get too hot? I am out in the black hills of SD. Have you had it out in the hail? If so, how did it hold up? Thank you again for the excellent presentation. Your helper did an excellent job as well!

      Hey! I have no negative reviews of White Duck customer service and look forward to buying a larger tent from them. The cot height was only a few inches off the ground. Here is a review I did on them: ua-cam.com/video/v2EWuIh5F18/v-deo.html . It did get pretty toasty in the mid day heat. But, with the vents and door open, we slept very comfortably. I had this tent up, in the back yard, for a whole year. It held up great to high wind, rain, snow, and hail. We live in Wyoming, so we get it all. lol!

      @@feliciajo9031 Wow! Thats amazing. How has the material and zippers held up the the UV and the overall weather? Any signs of canvas deterioration or rot? Haha yeah last year we had some gnarly hail for sure! That 13' 360° white duck makes looks pretty cool. I think it would offer maximum ventilation on our hot days we get out here.

      I treated the canvas when I got it. Need to do it again. No rot. The canvas did fade some in the sun. Yeah, I would love a larger one for the stove option. We use a little buddy when we camp on cold nights, and it works great.

      @@feliciajo9031 That brings up a good point. What product did you treat the tent with? Are the zippers YKK?

    Thank you so much for your video! It was super helpful! I'm also in WY and looking to get one of these to put the nieces in when they stay over. I'm happy to hear you kept it because I have some questions for you. Do you happen to have the lengths of each of the sides? We would like to build a platform/deck for it, but the website and their chat feature only tells me its 8' in diameter. Thanks again :)

      I'm glad my video was useful! Where at, in Wyoming are you? I, currently, have it set up in my backyard and will be at Curt Gowdy with it this weekend.

      @Felicia Jo I'm quite a bit farther north, up in Powell. I wish I wasn't busy this weekend or I would come take a look and get dimensions :)
      Enjoy some outdoor time, looks like a nice park!

    Nice one. So why did you sell it?

    • @feliciajo9031
      @feliciajo9031  Рік тому +1

      To tell the truth, I kept it. Was going to sell it because I was worried it wouldn't get used enough. But we've used it several times, since making this video.

      @@feliciajo9031 oh ok. I think I'd like the 3m or 4m version (10 foot and 13 foot I think that equates to). It would be for 2 adults, a dog and a wood burner.

      I would, sure, recommend these tents. I'm sure you'd be happy with one!
