Castella Coconut & Lime Cake

Castella cake is one my favourite for its spongy and light texture. But I wanted to add a bit more flavour, the freshness of coconut and sweetness of coconut. So, I combined ingredients and techniques and the result is super delicious. Enjoy wathcing and baking at home.
Ingredients:
80g Butter
80g Sugar
4 Eggs
60g Flour
40g Coconut shredded
1 Lime (rind and juice)
Bake at 150C for 60 min
Round baking pan 15cm size
