Me, who has a starter tree base, after an adventure trip: *Wait WHERE'S MY TREE*
To make it easier make a banner, give it a name tag and make a map and it will tell you the position your banner is, so put it in your house, or make a compass (8 iron 1 redstone I think) and set your spawn in your base, by sleeping, and the compass will direct you to your respawn point

That jungle starter bases came so amazingly useful! Like you get a huge view, a safe place to sleep, and jointable platform indeed all the trees and can be upgraded as a tree house with many benefits. Love this!

You forgot the most popular one, the underground base. Very spacious, easy to build and can be made to look cool.
Yup, never underestimate the underground base! I made one underground by the ocean once, there was a bit of overhang just below the surface that created a vertical air pocket, so I dug it out there! Very secure, awesome view of the dolphins playing outside.

It's not a thing you get from the start. But for tutorial, yeah I think he should've used sponges.
Yeah like in the first night you will find an ocean monument , conquer it , kill all the elder guardians , find the sponge room , take the sponges and come back
It's suppose to be a starter base so using dirt instead of sponges was a smarter idea for a video.

@@rajnimadhukar9682 nice nice. a good way to get gold too is in the nether, use a silk touch pickaxe on the gold ore in the nether and then smelt that and it gives you an ingot. also in bad lands biomes there’s TONS AND TONS of gold

just put a sign somewhere and place blocks while you move around! That should show you where your base is :) plus the good thing about that is you dont need to use a lot of materials, so it's easy to remake anywhere as long as there are trees
