Excellent video and keep up the good work, brother!
good to hear you're doing better, and that's great you have help when needed. 👍🏽
Do you have any comfrey? If so, grind a bunch up with a LITTLE olive oil and slather it on your wrist, bandage and leave it on as much as possible. Comfrey is an amazing healer. Also, can I recommend you get some passion flour capsules and some lemon balm capsules and take then morning and evening? It will help with your 'stress' levels. Just Grandma offering a little advice. Hope you feel better soon, Honey.
It is so hot outside and you have accomplished so much in a short time. You are doing better than you give yourself credit for. Awesome job. Love the bean cover crop.
Nice job, looks amazing! Cover cropping with beans - fantastic idea, going to try! Thanks for the inspiration!👍😊
Nice job! Thankful for all who helped ya. True friends.
The music was so cute! I hope things get better for you.
Yeah I thought that little section of the video was fun lol. The music just seemed right 😂🤷🏻♂️
If you're not to far from Apopka, look for BWI. They have all the seed you'll need for cover cropping. Very reasonable prices.
Great job it is a lot of work
Glad your feeling better from not being in the mouldy caravan. The fatigue is from the Lyme’s no doubt, great to see you punch through it at least for now, but you’ll have to be honest with yourself once you revalue your situation once you start planting and production of the plantings starts again being a little cooler will help.😊
It's looking so good! I'm excited that you're on your way to a new growing season and that we'll be able to get your good food back on the table soon. I've missed your amazing produce so much this summer.
Good luck man
👍 nice seeing a post. Glad you're feeling better. Getting some short bursts of help with projects will be awesome. 👣 progress..
For helping you to heal from Lyme disease teasel tincture is extremely helpful.
Yeah it's hot in Florida but how humid is it. I'm sure some parts are more humid than others because of the environment. Kinda like Louisiana. I'm in northern MS. Not sure why it's so humid up here. There are lakes and ponds but no boggs or anything like that around here.
Does the area that came up better get more shade? Could have been slightly cooler and not lose the moisture as quick?
Awesome, nothing like making your own soil! In your opinion is organic grass fed Cow manure one of the better manures to use, compared to Horse, Goat, etc.? I've got access to year old aged organic Cow manure mixed with organic grass that hasn't been sprayed and excited to start making my own super organic soil!
Yeah as long as you compost it well enough or cover it with a clean compost so the weed seeds don’t become a problem. Also yes organic grass fed would be better just to make sure that there is no herbicide residue. Same goes for cattle, horse, goat, alpaca, anything really…
@@GrowingBackToEden Cool, Thanks!
I wish I understood why you are planting beans everywhere… I’m trying to learn and understanding gardening… so I will go back to your older videos and see if I can understand. I’m guessing you’re growing beans to grow up so you can chop them down to add to your soil? I guess I’ll just keep watching to learn! Man, I sure hope things start looking up for you! God bless! I’m going to be praying for you!🙏🏼🕊️🙏🏼
Wrap your wrist in Comfrey.
But you already know that.
Peace.
The difference between germination is the age of the woodchips most likely. Just 3 months difference in age or a difference in how much water it gets makes a huge difference once you spread it.
Nope the chips were all the same age. I’ve done this long enough to know it’s not an issue with the chips. The more I thought about it, I think it’s because of the old cover crop residue that was on the surface when the seed when down. I told folks to go lighter when covering those areas but it was a little deep considering how much crop residue was still there
How did you fare with the hurricane?
Hello Nick, how can we have a abusiness inquiry with you? Thank you.
Hey I am ignorant when it comes to cover cropping. Do you mind explaining what it is used for? I may have missed it if you said it in the video. My bad 🙈
One more question: where did you get your hat from? My boys love that hat!
I only have a 32’x24’ space for a garden here in Oregon. My problem is quack grass and Queen Anne’s Lace. Have tried many things and methods to get rid of them to no avail. Do you have any suggestions? I have not tried covering with a tarp. What kind of tarp do you use? How do you use them?
Just tuned in. Which cover crops are you using? A blend?
How many inches of mulch do you suggest for 5b zone in ontario?
It’s in the video… mixed beans and peas. Then if it’s to cover the cuber crop no more than an inch or two so stuff can still come through.
Did u cover crop here in Washington?
No I didn’t. It would only make sense to do it you have a garden big enough to cover half of and grow everything you need in the other half. Skip growing seasons with cover crops year to year. Here the summer is ideal for cover cropping while the winter is ideal for vegetable production. So year round growing of something.
