That's why in the green sabre cutscene cj only mentions big smoke even tho ryder is there as well, he also not mention ryder when reporting back to sweet or when talking to tenpenny, then his dialogues in pier 69 is only reused voices from his missions in los santos, the way they pushed him as one of traitors feels forced as well.. This is also supported by the fact all ryder's missions are for grove street advantages unlike big smoke, and he is also the one who still upset with cj because he ran away before, and unlike other villains he is the only character with less catchy death, no cinematic cutscene, no before or after kill dialogue, and no impact whatsoever, even pulaski and jizzy got one..
