    This is awesome, we are considering buying an endless pool. I've learned so much and your video is soooo accurate!

    Very good information but... You said nothing about the cost of the Swim Spa itself. I'm sure there is a wide range but ballpark figure would have been most helpful.

      Good afternoon, Non-self supporting shell swim spas start off around 10k. Self-supporting shell swim spas start off around 20k. Hope this helps! I linked a video below to really show you the difference between the two

    You're the bomb, Brian - thank you for doing this and being generous with your time and information. I have heard that you need rebar in your concrete for a swim spa. Any thoughts on that? Do the slabs you are referring to include rebar?

      He did say that the concrete needs to have rebar. I think it was towards the beginning of the video.

    thanks for the info. However, your cost for electrical and crane was 1500 each and at the end you mentioned your company offers that service for 3500?

    • @atlantahottubcenter
      @atlantahottubcenter  2 роки тому +4

      Good morning, yes I messed up when speaking a little bit. Normally, for us the cranes come in at 16-1800. Then electrical around the same. I shouldn’t have used around 1500 because people are thinking 1500 and rightfully so. Still, we tend to come in a few hundred dollars cheaper than if the customer sources this themselves. You also need to consider your time and using someone who knows what they’re doing. Cranes and electricity are important to your safety and shouldn’t be taken lightly. Sorry for the confusion. Hope this helps!

    Is it smart to put a swim pool on a large leveled deck? No slope so I'm concerned.

    • @atlantahottubcenter
      @atlantahottubcenter  2 роки тому

      Good afternoon, I have yet to read a pre-delivery instruction manual for a swim spa that says you can install it on a deck. Most manufacturers suggest a concrete slab. The reason you don't have to level a hot tub on a deck is because there's gaps in the deck boards for drainage. You really need to consult your dealer because swim spas shouldn't be installed on a deck. Hope this helps!

    What if you want a swim spa inside an enclosed room on the back of the house?? Do you still need a crane? We want to add an addition off the back to enclose our swim spa

    • @atlantahottubcenter

      Good morning, yes people do that all the time and yes you still need a crane to move it. Remember, to make sure to leave some access around it for future repairs as needed. Hope this helps!

      @@atlantahottubcenter do you have to build the room around it, or can it be wheeled in? Our local place said they use a bobcat or forklift or something to move them...

      @@kimberlybrower925 Good evening, build around it. This way you don’t have to worry about your new room or decking getting scratched or something getting broken. Pour the slab and then get the swim delivered. From here build your room. That’s my opinion. Hope this helps!

    Very informative, thank you for the excellent summary! Do you happen to know of any companies in southern California (LA Area) that offer the sort of "one stop shop" you reference at the end of they video? Thank you again :)

      Good evening, I really don’t unfortunately. Your best bet is to call and ask what services they offer and if they have any referrals. Most good dealerships have people they can refer you to. Hope this helps!
