I’ve been sober close to 10 years from drugs and alcohol, but I can honestly say that MDMA was the greatest feeling on a drug I’ve ever had hands down, and didn’t feel like I craved it. Wild long lasting euphoria, overwhelming amount of love and affection.

@@omniferium8345 its crazy. The mind is crazy. I had chemotherapy and went through some physical trauma, tension stores in my back neck and right side of my face. Once in a while when i smoke weed i get this good high where all that pressure just disappears and it feels like heaven. My jaw pops and clicks into place, my body uprights itself. and it usually lasts a whil, at least until i get stressed and it seems to store back there. I wonder if its similar for her, that stress can retrigger it. And then trying to get the same results can get harder and for me it became chasing that relief and i had to work on my relationship with it so that I stopped addictive behavior. Either way the potential alone and showing of the mental effect on the physical is astounding!

It always seemed like if I got really drunk or really high for a day that yeah it would take a day or two to recover after that but then I would feel better for a couple weeks. Then I would just do it again. I lived like that for years and managed ok. I stopped everything now because I ended up getting hooked on meth after I gave up on life when I lost my job and lost everything. I ended up being trapped back at my parents house stuck in my room and had a bunch of drugs. I just sat in my room doing drugs everyday for like a year. And that's what messed me up. But I think occasionally heavy drug use can actually be good for certain people. I'm not sure what's up with my brain but nothing else I ever did would help me feel better.

      *MDMA*
"The neurotoxicity of MDMA use is the subject of considerable debate. Scientific study has resulted in the general agreement that, although it is physically safe to try in a responsible context, the administration of repeated or high dosages of MDMA is most certainly neurotoxic in some form.
Administration of MDMA causes subsequent down-regulation of serotonin reuptake transporters in the brain. The rate at which the brain recovers from serotonergic changes is unclear. One study demonstrated lasting serotonergic changes in some animals exposed to MDMA.[70] Other studies have suggested that the brain may recover from serotonergic damage.[71][72][73]
It is thought that MDMA's metabolites play a large role in the uncertain levels of neurotoxicity. For example, a metabolite of MDMA called alpha-Methyldopamine (α-Me-DA, which is known to be toxic to dopamine neurons[74][18]It was thought believed to be involved in the toxicity of MDMA to serotonin receptors.
However, one study found this to not be the case as direct administration of α-Me-DA did not cause neurotoxicity.[18] Additionally, MDMA injected directly into the brain was found to not be toxic, implying a metabolite is responsible for the toxicity when MDMA is administered via insufflation or oral consumption.[18]
This study found that although α-Me-DA is involved, it is a further metabolite of α-Me-DA involving glutathione that is primarily responsible for the selective damage to 5-HT receptors triggered by MDMA/MDA.[18]This metabolite forms in higher concentrations when core temperature is elevated. It is taken up into serotonin receptors by its transporters and metabolized by MAO-B into a reactive oxygen species which can cause neurological damage.[18][75]"
      *Amphetamine*
"As of March 2014, there is no evidence that amphetamine is directly neurotoxic in humans.[34] However, high-dose amphetamine can cause indirect neurotoxicity as a result of increased oxidative stress from reactive oxygen species and autoxidation of dopamine.[18][35][36]
In rodents and primates, sufficiently high doses of amphetamine causes damage to dopamine neurons, characterized as reduced transporter and receptor function.[37] Animal models of neurotoxicity from high-dose amphetamine exposure indicate that the occurrence of hyperpyrexia (i.e., core body temperature ≥ 40 °C) is necessary for the development of amphetamine-induced neurotoxicity. [38]
Melatonin has been shown to prevent (if used 30min+ before dosing) and reverse amphetamine induced neurotoxicity of TH-pSer40 and calpastatin levels in the Substantia Nigra of rats."
      *Methamphetamine*
"There is evidence that methamphetamine causes brain damage from long-term use in humans; this damage includes adverse changes in brain structure and function, such as reductions in gray matter volume in several brain regions and adverse changes in markers of metabolic integrity.[26]
Unlike amphetamine, methamphetamine is directly neurotoxic to dopamine neurons.[27] Moreover, methamphetamine abuse is associated with an increased risk of Parkinson's disease due to excessive pre-synaptic dopamine autoxidation, a mechanism of neurotoxicity.[28][29][30][31] Similar to the neurotoxic effects on the dopamine system, methamphetamine can also result in neurotoxicity to serotonin neurons.[32] It has been demonstrated that a high core temperature is correlated with an increase in the neurotoxic effects of methamphetamine.[33] As a result of methamphetamine-induced neurotoxicity to dopamine neurons, chronic use may also lead to post acute withdrawals which persist beyond the withdrawal period for months, and even up to a year."

MDMA is great for festivals and micro dosing for at the comfort of your own home. When it gets to much just dance dance dance it out. For beginners I do recommend your first time to be with honest friends you can trust and depend on if you feel like going home or have a this isn't for me moment. Seen people freaking out because they never experienced "floating around" along with that warm fuzzy feeling. Biggest tip I can give is to keep count on the amount of water bottles you drink. MDMA makes you and keeps you somewhat very thirsty. Drinking to much water can end anyone up in a life threatening situation, high on something or sober it doesn't matter. So when your spacing on MDMA keep an close eye on your water intake and check your pee too. If your pee is clear see through, stop immediately because you probably drank to much already.

I remember meeting with a neuropsychologist about 15 years ago and when I brought up my drug use, she told me to steer clear from MDMA and that, if I wanted to use stimulants, I should use cocaine instead because, at least, it wasn't neurotoxic (bear in mind that I had never taken cocaine before she told me that). I don't very much use cocaine anymore, but have been quite addicted to it for many years as it fueled my porn addiction and further alienated me from my friends and family... I wonder what my life would be like if I hadn't had this encounter and chose to use MDMA from time to time instead since I have a very hard time connecting with people and suffer from extreme social alienation now that I'm in my 30s.
