Reacting to Jeffree Star's Closet Tour (Birkins ≠ Taste)
Вставка
- Опубліковано 10 тра 2020
- Jeffree Star is one of UA-cam's most controversial figures but also has one of the largest luxury collections on the platform. His 2019 closet tour, which featured his vast collection of brands like Louis Vuitton, Balenciaga, Christian Louboutin, and Gucci. His collection also has a nice collection of limited edition bags, which might be hard to come by anywhere else.

The biggest flex in this video is Luke being able to name the year and collection of random items throughout this video
Right? He had to have been good on tests with that memory!
We stan knowledge and passion
as well as the designers of the collection. We stan!
Right? I was so excited when he did that
His level of knowledge - wow!
i dont understand rich people, alll that money but it's just a million pink versions of the same bag and LV monogram stuff??? where's the flavour?? wheres the eccentric millionaire shit??? I want to see vintage 16th century one of a kind fits, an entire outfit thats been welded together by an artist from a small fishing village!! c'mon people
Bradie Maree if I had money I would buy at least one dress from one of those women in Myanmar that make a special silk made of tulip stem. Crazy Rich Asians say it is the most exclusive silk out there
i love my aesthetics. the lack of awareness for an aesthetic with some people personally is insulting to me. you can have multiple, just have at least one. the expensive aesthetic is only really an expensive aesthetic if it makes you look put together and have flair.
Having money does not mean you have good taste
Mila Cruz truth. and its a shame too.
"where's the flavour? Im tasting none of that, where is the nutmeg the cinnamon? "
The most frustrating thing ever is the fact that Luke seriously has insane amounts of knowledge and a clear sense of taste that is simultaneously restrained and bold, but he doesn’t have the subscribers yet to champion the amazing undervalued designers that should be championed by people who have insane amounts of money and profess a serious love of fashion yet don’t have the taste level to appreciate design.
YES SPILL
My godmother used to be an editor of a massive magazine in Australia and she ALWAYS says unless you're in Russia the easiest way to see if someone is old or new money is by how many Birkins they own. All her friends have like one, usually black or brown and it was their mothers or grandmothers. You can buy all the new LV or Chanel but really there is absolutely no reason to own more than three Hermes bags - A Birkin for traveling, a Kelly for when you see your mother in law and a Constance your grandmother once wore.
That actually so cool and interesting. It’s very nice to know that there are still classy people on earth like ur godmother!
I'm going to take this comment and lock it in my heart. Beautiful and wise.
I mean really, you don’t even need all of the bags you mentioned either.
He has all that money yet dresses like my eastern european cousins in monogrammed tracksuits... can't relate
Can't relate to being rich? I think how bitter this comment is, kind obvious.

@@neutralman9124 I can't relate to being a racist like jeffree
James Keeling he’s so blatantly insecure about his wealth, it’s kinda sad ngl. Like, I’m very financially secure, and can afford fancy brands. I’m still gonna go thrifting or make my own clothes, because I don’t really care bout what people think of my financial status. Jeffree on the other hand thinks he needs to be head to toe in designer brands. He looks like a poor person that buys fake brands because he wants everyone to think he’s rich or tasteful. Kinda sad ngl.
Yo, ne blati nas tako, nismo svi džiberi i gaseri

I don't really know much about Jeffree Star, but he strikes me as someone still living in his high school self looking forward to the ten year reunion when he can tell everyone; "You know all those things we wanted back then? I have all of them now."

During the entire video Jeffree looked like a widow who's husband "mysteriously disappeared"
🤣💯
it sounds like he's making up for what he couldn't have during his childhood, which is fine but it doesn't seem like he genuinely wanted them. he just bought them to prove a point
People wouldn't tell him that he'll never have a birkin if he didn't wanted one from the start right?
@@zurcaledgutierrez7678 No not really... Articles of clothing, cars, estates, and so many other high value items are used to mock poor people. If you want to make someone feel poor it's as easy as naming sonething out of their price range, no matter if they aren't actually poor... Say someone said "oh you'd never be able to afford..." you could add any expensive thing in that gap and it would have the same effecr. And Jeffree most likely liked fashion, so they picked something fashion related, y'know?
@Ann P I sure hope being stupid isn't a sin, or else you're gonna be seeing the devil real soon. God didn't bless anybody. Not everyone works for their wealth, what kinda of common idealistic point of view is that? You really think companies exploiting humans, animals and nature (supposedly created by God, wonder what He'd think about that.) work for the money they have? There's such a clear difference between just being wealthy and living amongst less "blessed" people and actively mocking them, which is obviously what I was referring to. Learn what the Sins mean, please. Greed is not desiring what you do not have. And poor people can't be greedy if they already barely own anything.

Dudeeeee His spice girl shoes can be bought at Japan in any cosplay store, he is just buying the brand.
I thought those where the ones Cher wore in clueless or iggy wore in fancy
It all honestly looks so dated. None of it is timeless or even trendy for that matter. Also what's the point of designer sneakers? Unless they have some novel design, they're usually just modeled after Converse, Nike, Reebok, etc. with a different logo on them.
I love Jeffery and he likes spending his money so what?
@@shirleysimmons254 he’s racist though? there is even more info about how problematic he is, and you love him???

Well said, he buys a lot of sets and warmups...
He’s always been like this tho, even when he was dirt poor during his MySpace days, he would always get luxury goods
🤧
@@MH-dm4qc what he enjoys is the status associated with those brands and showing off his wealth, that's why he doesn't care for cool designers, only luxury goods.
Jeffree is the stereotypical example of "new wealth". His issues from the past are reflected in his obsession with material items. It is like he is trying to fill a void, trying to feel valued, important and acknowledged.
anavrin91 very good point!
you just blew my mind
I love how on point this comment is
I mean just listen to his reasoning for buying an item, "people in high school wanted this bag." "Kim K made this famous." "There's only two of these bags in the world and I own one." "This was a very sought after bag." He has some major issues connecting his worth and status to his material items and he also doesn't talk about how the bags make hin feel personally but how everyone around him was reacting to the bag.
Yasss gawd. 'tounge pops'
Biggest flex here is Luke showing up in a black t shirt and still having more style than Jeffrey’s whole closet
Luxury items does not equal taste. Even his robe doesn’t look impressive. He’s fashion is bland like his personality. Both just vile. Voldemort is not all that.

Unpopular opinion: Supreme items are fugly and tacky, I immediately distrust anyone that owns Supreme, bootleg or nah.
I’d go with just plain boring, but yeah.
I have a Supreme hoodie but thats only because I got it at a thrift shop and it was comfortable. Whether it is real or fake, I haven't bothered to check or care. Name brands are typically just a status symbol.
Fem Portagal Enjoy your hoodie regardless of what other people say or think it’s not about them it’s about you and what you like. Wear it and enjoy it live for yourself not others.
so is LV and Gucci
Supreme products are just show off items that how much you can spend money in stupid ways (eg. Supreme brick) . It is basically a normal product that put a magical name on it. Nothing special.
will I ever watch a celebrity closet tour: no
will I watch HauteLeMode react to them: hell yes
He doesnt get invited to fashion shows because his “fashion sense” is being a walking advertisement with logos from expensive brands and that’s it. No taste, all full on tacky.
Thank you for saying the truth: JEFFREE IS NOT A FASHIONISTA AT ALL, HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND FASHION (neither does he care), HE DOESN'T TAKE RISKS, he only buys certain types of pieces (mostly covered in logos) from big fashion houses, not for thefashion itself, just as a way to flaunt his money.
As you said: HE LOVES LUXURY, NOT FASHION
This is so true.. Looks like an instagram closet of someone who just won the lottery and bought things blindly with 0 sense of style and knowledge of fashion
@@VASIGTravelingLifeinLondon except he doesnt? He went back and got sentimental pieces like that ugly cherry LV bag simply because when he was poor in high school and wanted one, so once he had the money he went for it? Obviously he has tacky ones where he only buys for show but all the birkins are for investment, while many other are sentimental pieces like that pink gucci

Although I dont like Jeffree I believe his clothing fashion style comes from him being poor when he seems to still be comepensating for all that he couldn't purchase when he was young he's making up for it. jeffree’s dictionary of fashion:
- the “best” bag maker: hermes
- the “best” shoe maker: loubutin
- tracks or daily outfit: gucci and lv
- more “dressier” outfit: balmain
like it’s clear he doesn’t even know other iconic designer lol. he’s buying stuff because the hype of the brand not necessarily the “fashion” like he said.
"Best" is extremely subjective. Your best, my bests, and his bests will not be the same.
Jeffree Star is the type of client an SA at Gucci calls straight away to offload a collection and get their commission. He’s not the type to be invited to an event or fashion show. He’s simply a consumer to these houses.
Luke showing his black Labrador out of nowhere really caught me off guard. Like, you own a dog? And it took me 2 years of subscription to find out? You don’t see dog owners not showing their dogs often.
and you can also hear the dog snoring in the background hnnnnngg
Zenith isn’t he quarantining with his family? Maybe it’s his family dog or he can’t have the dog in his apartment
SAME! He’s adorable
Did anyone notice how often he said "I bought this because they said I could never have it" or "it was so popular when I was in high school and I couldn't afford it"? It looks like he buys fashion out of spite not because he really loves what's behind the logo or the artistry. It makes me kinda sad.
It's definitely sad, I don't get why people find that kind of mentality aspirational. You don't need to validate yourself through what you own...
Because he’s still insecure . If I was a millionaire I wouldn’t care about people ! I would buy things I would actually wear! He hasn’t worn half the bags !
He does everything out of spite
You think he bought it out spite rather than nostalgia? Or the fact that he was finally able to achieve his dreams? Like his fashion sense is vile but you clearly have the wrong point of view.
It’s sad y’all are sad for him. He is a self made millionaire, that can get literally whatever he wants, for whatever reason he wants, when he wants, and here you are being petty. I guess if you (bitterly) don’t have what he has, is better just to bitch about it, right??
That’s what is really really SAD.
This is 2000’s Paris Hilton aesthetic on steroids.
Oh, the contrast between Luke naming the artist, year, and collection/collaboration and J* going “wow…I love this…everyone wanted it…this has cherries on it :)”
The way he describes why he bought his items just shows how little he cares for fashion. He's just like "everyone wanted this back in high school, so I had to get it", "these are highly sought out this year" etc. All he cares about is the hype around a product, not the product itself.
Well yeah, I’m broke but if I ever got rich I would probably first try to buy the stuff I wanted in high school that was popular
@@dmitriagnes yeah but he literally says throughout the video "i just love fashion so much" like no you don't jeffree, you just like the hype- not saying it's not a valid reason to buy, but like,,,,don't claim to be a big fashion fan if you don't actually care about the art lol
D'Mitri Agnes ok like cool? good for you? i was just explaining why people are commenting on the fact that he’s more about the hype/flex than the fashion, it’s because he says he loves fashion. i genuinely believe that jeffree thinks of himself as a fashionable person who’s fairly knowledgable, so i think it’s fair for ppl to give their opinion (same way u gave ur opinion on HLM). ngl for someone who’s calling out others for having a sense of superiority you sure do give off that exact vibe lol
Not defending him but with how poor he was as a child,it makes sense. When I first started getting my own source of income I did the same thing he did with buying items just because I thought it was cool and not because I genuinely wanted it because I was finally able to afford things
probably why he only collects limited edition pieces

My thoughts exactly, where is the vintage Christian Dior, Givenchy, Balenciaga, Alaia, Valentino, McQueen? All that money and not a single piece of clothing made by Galliano?
THIS. Not a single haute couture garment from the House of Dior, or from vintage McQueen collections. Just a large selection of gaudy, rhinestone-bedazzled, exotic showpieces.
Oh my god if I had that kind of money for fashion I would be buying vintage and custom clothing. Imagine shopping for fabrics with no budget and access to great tailoring!!

Jeffrees closet is nothing to marvel at, people just like it because it looks rich. Thats all there is to it, theres no substance or knowledge to the style.
benjamin jackson Capitalism is really ruining the art and beauty of fashion tbh. It’s just annoying looking at videos like this especially during a pandemic because the rich are the reason the world sucks. Nothing is made with substance anymore. I’m not even saying this to be ironic but the fashion industry will flourish under communism because artists will be making things because they love fashion not necessarily to sell it. They’ll be more innovation because they don’t have to worry about competition and tryna survive. Communism guarantees everyone free housing and access to healthy food. This would allow designers to do their art with purpose. If Luke was a communist am sure he could go into greater detail to explain how the art of fashion can flourish more under communism rather than capitalism.

I thrift or make most of my own clothes, so maybe I don't get high fashion, but I'm turned off by just the sheer amount of times he mentions how much people loved or wanted the clothing he had. I'd rather have clothes I love rather than clothes other people want.
I love being just a little eccentric with things that I make. I might be broke, but the boat hat I made out of papier-mâché is going to stand out in a way that I like. With all the money he had, he could be wearing unique pieces that I could only dream of. Oh well
"Why dont we buy from young designers instead" yeah I subscribed as soon as I heard that. Luxury brands =/= fashion.
He doesnt buy for the fashion, he buys so he can say "I own this."
Maybe its my lower middle class speaking but unless its your wedding dress, why would you buy something you would only wear once? And no one needs that many handbags and shoes. I understand hes a collector but he doesnt even seem to be interested in the pieces themselves or the history behind them. Its just LV and Gucci overandoverandover for the recognition. Just but a few expensive things you will absolutely wear multiple times that you are actually interested in.
Exactly, like I really like Doc Martens and while I'm not sure how expensive they are vompared to other shoes. They're expensive compared to the rest of my clothing. But, I love the way they look and I basically live in them, so spending the extra money on having a few pairs is worth it to me. Because I'm actually using them, I'm not getting them for any sort of status symbol (tbh I don't think there's any status with them considering they were originally for factory workers 😂), I get them because they're comfy and I love the look and they last a long time.
He's not a collector. He has no passion for any of the things he has bought.
Right??? I completely agree with this sentiment! The most expensive clothing i own is my bunad (norwegian National dress) and i would probably have refused my parents getting it for me if i wasnt planning on wearing it at least once a year for the rest of my life. And still i think i should probably wear it more.
Getting something so expensive Just to wear it once seems so,,,, wasteful to me. Why buy something if you dont like it enough to wear it much?
I don't see an issue with collecting but like he's not passionate about the collecting like sneaker heads would be for example.
I think he just wants to brag what he owns in a indirect way. Like how he is so success that he owns what we cannot. He might has material satisfaction but he may not have mental or emotion satisfaction. Be happy with what you owns and never be a person who wants to brag. It is kind of unhealthy.

@@7Mushrooms7 True. The brands do associate with people who have truly style. For example Jamie Chua or Heart Evangelista. They get invited to fashion weeks etc. So I would say is that style matters for big brands
7Mushrooms7 damn, no matter how much these influencers buy from these big brands - you’re right. I can’t ever seem to name a time when I’ve seen a “big” and “flashy” UA-camr at a LV or Versace show. Bit depressing
Jeffrey is the living example for someone who doesn't care about fashion only about what other people will think. The kind of person who would buy the ugliest bag just because it has a logo on it and its over 5000$.
That red birkin is gorg, but somehow the whole wall of those bags makes it feel like we’re in a cheap outlet store. Idk if it makes sense. He has cool pieces… but the more I watch these tours the more I feel like current luxury fashion brands are just mass market for rich and famous. Gucci is their Zara
I am honestly loving you dragging Jeffree's bad taste. I can't stand him.
Jefrree star has no style. He doesn’t like fashion, he likes putting logos to his body
@Ann P shut up with this toxic positivity
@Ann P It's wrong in the sense that it's boring and stupid to buy expensive products without actually caring about the product itself. He just buy thems to show that he owns them, which is boring, tacky, and tasteless.
@Ann P yeah but it’s not ethical and also he doesn’t love fashion, he just loves the attention and exclusivity that comes with it.
@@user-xu1wi3sh5g I agree
@@Stephanie-sy9oy Thank you
"The only thing they ever express through clothing is "Look at how much money I have" and that annoys the shit out of me"
Luke draws first blood 3 MINUTES in💀
I agree, if I was spending tons of money on clothes I'd be buying from small brands, fair trade or recycling brands, custom pieces made just for me by designers, something unique instead of 500 practically matching pink undecorated stilleto heels.
Honestly, that white-and-moss-green LV fur bag/outfit just looks like the underside of a bathtub that hasn't been washed in a year lol
I still like it but you’re not wrong lol
I personally think it would have been better if the dye was a different color, like navy blue would be cool, or if it was just white it would look very elegant and angelic
Looks like the inside of my mans underpants after sharting
LOL yes like in the Sims if your bath is dirty
I think it's part of the art. Mixing gross and fancy
He's the epitome of "nouveau riche."
There's nothing wrong with new money. More power to you! But poor taste is gross, no matter what your net worth is.
your comment is everything. so true.
Ew
I just watched your Huda Beauty closet tour react video yesterday, and it’s interesting to see the contrast between two beauty influencers who both prioritize limited edition pieces. It seems pretty obvious that the difference between them is someone who knows textiles, how things fit on the body, and what makes them work or not work, and someone who just likes limited edition pieces because they’re rarities. Neither is necessarily bad, but I have more respect for the former.
Luke, for the entire video: "Where's the flavor?"
I’m living for these comments reading Jeffree Star to FILTH. Keep it up girls and gays xox
Lol girl, straight up dissing someone is not "reading".
eraldo coil as they should diss him🥰🥰
eraldo coil diss and read. Let’s not get to deep into it. It’s what he deserves ✨😍💕
@@thumamay4342 people who aren't creative and witty with their "read" don't deserve the compliment of having read somebody to filth. Everyone can call someone else an asshole, that ain't no read tho.
My grandma had to flee the farm she grew up on after WW2 and moved to the city. She didn't have a lot of money, she bought timeless, well-made clothes and always looked elegant and well put together. She's the one who taught her daughters and then me that money can't buy taste. People like Jeffree prove that over and over.
That’s the way it should be done rather than buying poorly constructed and ‘trendy’ clothing that goes out of fashion and will not be work after a month. I love the fashion that was about in the 50s and 60s, I think it’s really nice and classic. There’s a ton of really cool second hand shops that sell garments from that era and those pieces still hold up today.
And I hope no one calls your grandma’s beautiful, classic style basic.
It is so nice to hear someone on UA-cam finally say that just because it says GUCCI doesn’t mean it’s fashionable or mean that you have personal style!
YYYYYEEEESSSSSS!!!! as a young one of one handmade designer THIS IS SUCH A NEEDED MESSAGE! I don't understand why people buy 10 of the same $5,000 shoe in different colors when they can get something more unique for less & support an artist WHO ACTUALLY NEEDS THE MONEY TO PAY RENT! anyways.... love this channel.
The mismatched hangers at the beginning bother me because he has the resources to make them all match
Those were in his boyfriends clothes (I think they broke idk don’t pay that much attention to them) but I wouldn’t be surprised if there was zero effort placed in the boyfriends part of the closet.
That's his only positive trait. He reuses something
@loveutill theendoftimes if he's gonna have this huge luxurious closet with air conditioning to keep some clothes comfortable, then the hangers should match to go along with the "look".
@loveutill theendoftimes Us people who are slightly obsessive care. I noticed it right away.
Could yall please get it together, who cares about his hangers
I’m gonna be honest but when I saw the shoes closet (like almost everything else) it made me think about the Chinese shops* full of brand logos, super bright colors and glitters. For most of the people, this view is ugly in term of fashion, not just because the products in these kind of shops are fake and low quality but also for their appearance (no subtlety at all). I don’t see why some people are amazed by Jeffree closet when it’s basically the same thing. *shops and marketplaces for fake luxury. It’s pretty common in Italy
For sure! Thats exactly how the stores in those fake-brand markets look
Agreed, and like I don't see the appeal in big brands like Gucci, it's so expensive only for something ugly, and not fashionable at all
I love the take you have in owning designers that are up and coming. And just in general your take on this whole series. Much respect bro.
I just started watching your videos and I honestly love how honest you are and I’m learning a lot about fashion just by watching these videos. Keep doing you!!
Brilliant comment about how foolish one looks repping a brand's logo items, or filling one's closet with their entire collection, when the brand itself does not respect that person as a customer. Also, the architectural details of this closet look very cheap. The mirrors aren't beveled, the floors are tiled rather than slab marble, the strip lighting should not showing underneath the cabinets , and the joinery looks poorly finished with stock rather than custom molding. I totally judge people who don't follow through to spend money in order to maintain a whole lifestyle rather than just to impress others in pictures. .
Doc PL I thought the same thing when he opened the doors on the clothing cabinets. They had no weight nor did they seem to soft close. They also made a rattling sound. Cheap.
@Annette Denomatth Oh shut up
i thought it was slab marble...
not sure about the inside but in the actual video he states the floor right before the entrance is marble imported from Italy and Jeffree literally stated that Gucci asked him if they could make custom items for him which would obviously mean they respect him and his business so shut up with your negative ass fucking attitude LOL
You sound rich
He has a 10,000 lbs vault door that doesnt even connect to the ceiling?? Lol
Like, the weakest space of a vault is its walls.
I didn't even notice that wow
I love how effortlessly he can open a 10,000 lb door, with one hand no less!
Because it is about the appearance of wealth, not functionality
I thought it was a mirror
Found your channel through the Emily in Paris video and I cannot get enough!! My favourite videos are your reactions to closet tours and Vogue 7 Days, 7 Looks. Love, love, love xx

There is something just downright creepy about that guy. The level of phoniness is off the chain. But I do appreciate all the videos you post. I learn something new each time. Thank you.
What does "phoniness" mean?
maricz4 - he just seems so fake like he is putting on a mask (like a clown)

Sam Kuetemeyer he’s a clown anyways he’s a racist
Ugh, exactly. He has always been fake, narcissistic, and wholly unethical. It is very creepy. I’ve never understood why he’s so popular. I wanted to like him, but very quickly came to realise that his values are very antithetical to my own.
Hey, I may be poor, but I'm here to say
if your fashion relies on brands that's boring, okay
Watching his closet makes me want to clean out my own. I have like 3 jeans and 5 hoodies and after seeing this I'm like "do I really need 5? 3 would be sufficient."
I'm interested in fashion and I love Luke's commentary and knowledge. But this makes me want to move to the woods. Does that make sense? 😅
Yes, this focus on material items and giving them power is sick. He could be such a great person if he used his money to help others in true need. I would much rather be known for what I did to help other people in this world, than all of the things that I bought and never used.
LOVED the point you brought up about "Why not put money into designers that respect you back"--really made me think
And yes, youre right, he loves the brand name because he views them as property that can be worth more when resold--I think its a fear of his that his money might one day be taken out from under him so he buys a lot of items with high resale value...which is also why I think we never see him wearing ANY of these items--he's keeping their condition pristine. That's why he cares if its Gucci, Prada, Louboutin, etc.
If that's true, then thats kinda very smart of hom
Yeah he said Jeffree is never invited to these high profile loved client get togethers because they dont love him. They probably think of him as basic and tacky and just love taking his money without giving him any respect except from the salespeople who tell him what he wants to hear because they make money off all his purchases.
@@calebcrayleb3387 as an ex sales assistant i guarantee it's like that, you have regulars that you love and respect and others that are basically a safe income. The smart ones that know fashion well know exactly what they're searching for and you know you can suggest them some more risque/innovative stuff and they'll be interested (tbh they know everything already so it's more like a chill conversation with them). On the other hand you have customers that all what you have to tell them is "new, innovative, expensive, sought after" and you were done. Most of the time these customer start by buying all the iconic stuff and belts (it's always the belts) and then they move towards flashy stuff, we also use them to sell the items that usually people don't buy because they aren't exactly pretty (see for example all that flash/neon nightmare that was the fall/winter collection of 2019). Jeffree definitely fits into the last category, 100%.
I thought he was getting invited to shows and then when Luke said he wasn't i realised that i've never seen him at one. Which is kinda weird considering the amount of money he spends to buy designers stuff and also the clout he has. I mean LV even invited Emma Chamberlain and last year a lot of youtubers and influencers made it to the fashion week in general. I mean somethings seems really off, i guess none of them wants to really have him in the front row
I actually think this opened a conversation on his psique, I’m a fashion nerd but I’m also obsessed with psychology, you could easily make a 2 hours video explaining how Jeffrey has a depressing life through his fashion choices, he grew poor and bullied so of course he’s afraid to lose everything, that’s why he’s always making new businesses and collaborations
I don’t care for the racist corpse bride but I’m watching anyway because I know you’ll drag him for being tacky(and not in an endearing way).
masseiy at least you don’t give jeffree the views 😂
Such a nailed description, well done!
RACIST 👏🏻 CORPSE 👏🏻 BRIDE 👏🏻
Don't forget to add "i make false claims to ruin people's careers" too, but racist corpse bride SENT me god i love it
racist corpse bride, when i tell you i screamed...
He is a collector of luxury fashion items, not a fashionista. He loves luxury not necessarily fashion. People who love fashion care about design, aesthetic, innovation and styling. He mentions things like exclusive items, the status of the items, the items he's wanted to get his hands on, the value of items and how it changes, he definitely sounds like a collector.
I truly respect this breakdown on a limited celebrity’s accoutrements and the difference between love of fashion and love of fashion Brands.
Sir, you have my admiration.
Honestly what makes me upset the most is that right after he builds this closet he literally moves out right afterwards into his "dream home". Like if that house wasn't your dream home why did you waste all that money on a closet?? Like you really wanted that closet so why??? Why?????
Jayfeather 5x5 I wish he would make it make sense. It’s such a wasteful spending habit that also happens to be reflected in the millions of tracksuits that he wears.
There are probably rich people like him, but most riches, the ones I know, are very wise at spending. Even building or buying a home is something given a huge planning and thought. Jeffree just seems to like overspending, maybe because he is alone, and enjoys his spending his money?
@@omar5518 He just likes to show off his wealth
Rich people in third world countries build homes that would shelter their families for generations. Mansions here have sentimental value to rich people.
