If only Miyako is not uberly shy and got confidence in herself then she's definitely the almost perfect girl which is why Kouko admires her so much as she can see Miyako's abilities and talents which are overshadowed that many doesn't see. Miyako's pretty, got good figure, intelligent, a hard worker, a great cook and can make clothing, and she said that she's not good at sports but she didn't say that she's terrible at it so she's probably average athletics-wise.
