Hi Gianluca, InRento is a platform which facilitates investments in a legal structure of loan. Meaning that the loan is secured by 1st rank mortgage which would be exercised in a non-performance of project owner. All projects so far had higher value than loan amount which additionally increases the security. In terms of taxes, if you are a resident of Lithuania, no withholding tax will be applied.
